Warning: Cursing, Violence

I know the image sucks, but I was feeling lazy, and I have no idea how to draw a massive blue forest illusion

A new foe appears!

To any other, demon or human, training at 2:45 am is a hellish hour. But to a determined older brother, with the responsibility of being the next in line for the mantle of the Monkey King and the hero of Wàn Qiān Chéng, such a time wasn't early enough.

Sweat poured down MK's face as he swung the staff around, practicing the various training poses that'd been taught to him by his parents/mentors, striking down on the training dummy. The teen was dressed in baggy pants, training bandages wrapped around his arms and hands, his signature bandanna on his head.

MK didn't bother to wear a shirt, showing off the crescent moon scars on his chest.

Jumping back and getting into another position to strike, he freezes when a cold wind washes over him...one so similar to when he first met her. Immediately, the boy whipped around, searching for the source, only to blink in confusion when he makes eye contact with a blue and white, twin tailed fox, who stared back at him.

Both stood still for a moment, having their small staring contest, before the vixen turned and bolted away.

"H-hey! Wait up!" MK called out, something compelling him to follow the strange creature, which lead him towards a forest. "H-h-hold on!"

Pushing through the brush, the young prince gasped at the beauty of the valley below, a large pond filled with lily pads and lotus flowers at the bottom, fireflies dancing in the breeze that swept through. Vines hung from the trees encircling the top of the cavern, roots twisting around and under the stone walls, as berry bushes spotted the sides.

"There you are!" The monkey teen sighed in relief, half climbing and half hopping down into the valley, once he'd spotted the strange fox. Slowly and carefully walking up to his new brown eyed friend, putting away his staff in order not to scare the poor critter, and reached a paw out to scratch behind their ear. "What is a sweet little thing like you doing out here?~"

"Here to trap your ass."

MK's facial expression shifted from a gentle smile, to pale and shocked within seconds, after those words left the fox's muzzle. It's once gentle and fluffy appearance, shifting in a blue light, to that of a human appearance.

The person stood at 5ft 7in, with short fluffy blue hair that transitioned from a dark muddied blue, to a light blue from top to bottom. Their skin was pale white and chocolate brown eyes twinkling with mischief, as her blue, white and black fox ears flicked where normal human ears would be. A pair of blue, white tipped tails swayed behind him. A dark blue mask covered the person's face up to their nose, with a light blue skeletal design on it, preventing MK from seeing the devious smile that matched it's eyes. Another shade of dark blue pants going down to xie's knees, that transitioned to black socks coving up their light blue pawed feet. For the top, it was a light grey top with a slight chest window, and pale blue for the accents.Lady Bone Demon's symbol decorating either sleeve.

The forest surrounding the pair dissolved into the familiar surroundings of Spider Queen's lair, which is when MK truly began to realize what had happened to him......

He'd been tricked.

"Y-you....you...you tricked me!" The monkey boy cried out, quickly backing away from his strange foe, and whipping out the staff. "Why?!"

"I've been bribed with a 3 Musketeers Bar my boy," The fox--no--Huli Jing, as MK came to realize, cackled maniacally. "I'd do anything for food!~"

Gripping his staff, the teen wondered if this strange demon had hit their head at some point during the chase.....given how weird they were acting.

Pointing the red and gold weapon at his new opponent, MK tried to keep a brave face, despite the eight legged horrors crawling around him...alongside the lack of fabric blocking them from touching his fur, "Who are you?!"

Smirking, the Huli Jing made a ridiculous pose, and laughed once again, "I'm the gremlin that haunts your dreams!!~"

"I meant your name," The hero deadpanned.

Deflating slightly with an annoyed groan, the fox looked at MK with a pout, "Do I really have to tell you my name? Is this common courtesy or something? Because I don't want to."

"Wha--"

"Because otherwise your fathers will fucking hunt me down!" The Huli Jing's attitude took an entire 180, from it's annoyed pout to pure and utter fear, as they screeched over what might happen if Macaque and Wukong found out.

The young prince could only stand there and watch in disbelief, his brain struggling to come to terms with what was going on....and how to comprehend the bizarre personality that was this strange demon.

"What on earth is with all this racket?!" Sounded a familiar voice, as none other than Spider Queen herself, and her three henchmen walked into the cavern, the female demon looking down at the pair. "Kieran, what is--......is that the monkey boy I see?"

"Whyyyyy?!" The fox--now known as Kieran--screeched even louder, hugging their tails to their chest in fear, as they pointed at MK. "Now the kid's dads are gonna' know how to find me!.....Maybe I can just hide here for the rest of my now shortened life."

Syntax just sighs and facepalms, grumbling, "This kid--"

"Shut up!" The fox snapped, wacking the spider scientist with her tails.

"Dammed furball!"

"This is why mom doesn't fucking love you!"

"She's not our mom you ignoramus!"

"What the fuck does that mean?!"

"It means--"

"SHUT UP!!" Both the spider and the fox demon cut off their bickering, to mutually yell at MK, who'd tried to tell Kieran what the word 'ignoramus' meant...only for the poor monkey to get yelled at.

Sighing, Spider Queen ignores the pair--who'd gone back to bickering--and walked over to capture Wukong and Macaque's young cub, only for said teen to screech himself, in fear, and disappear in a puff of orange smoke.

"What the?!" The arachnid royal snarled, hands curling into fists, as she whirled around at the four other demons. "You four! Find the monkey, and bring him to me!"

"Yes ma'am/mommy!"

All three male spiders turn and give bewildered looks at their fox companion. Kieran mearly giggled and ran off, tripping over a rock on the way out, then getting up and continuing her run, laughter echoing through the tunnel he went down.

Spider Queen gave a fond chuckle, alongside Huntsman and Strong Spider, who went off in their own team, whilst Syntax went off on his own in the last tunnel....leaving their queen behind.

And a shrunk down MK, who was watching from the web he was hanging from, contemplating how to get himself out of this situation...
