"What the hell are you doing here?", Davina asked with an angry voice.

She carefully put the baby in his bed which Klaus had not even realized until that moment.
Then she crossed her arms in front of her chest and lined up before the Hybrid.
Niklaus was still shoked because of the child and didn't answer.
Instead he asked:
"Is...Is that....?"

"My daughter. Yeah, that's right", said Kol who obviously heard the conversation.
Klaus shook his head in disbelief.
"But that is absolutly impossible brother."
He laughed.
"Are you somehow trying to prank me?"
Kol put an arm around Davinas shoulders and gave Niklaus a serious look.
"Does this look like a joke to you Nik?", he asked.

Niklaus looked at his younger brother closely. He started to stare from Kol to Davina and back.
It seemed like they were really telling the truth. But how could it be true?"
"If this is true...", Klaus said when he found his voice again.
"Why didn't you tell us brother?!"
Klaus yelled at him.
He was a bit disappointed that his younger brother did not trust his own family with this important matter.
"And how old is your child?"

Kol took a deep breath.
"Well, she's four moths old and I'm sorry that I don't trust our family Nik.
I mean I've made my experiences didn't I?
How do I know that noone of you would have killed her the moment I told you?"
Now Klaus got angry.
"Why would any of us do that?
Noone of our family tried to kill Hope either accept from our parents and Finn, but they aren't family to me so..."

"I didn't wanted Kol to tell you", Davina suddenly said and came a few steps closer to Niklaus.
Suprisingly, Klaus nodded. It was almost like he understood.
"You were probably right. Our family has to many enemys. Perhaps, it's better if you two keep distance from us. You're safer this way. I won't tell the others."

Kol and Davina gave each other a look. They seemed to think about wether they could trust the Hybrid or not.
"I promise you that", Klaus said seriously.
Kol put on a grin.
"Thanks Nik. Didn't expected that, but really thank you!"
Niklaus just nodded.
"Does she have vampire blood in her system?", he asked curious.

Kol opened his mouth to say something, but Davina was faster with an answer.
"We don't know it yet. But it could be possible. What we do know is that she has magic."
Niklaus smiled.
"That's nice. Looks like we have a New Mikaelson witch then."
"Yeah. Afraid that Hope could get some competetion?", Kol teased him.
Klaus gave him a relaxed look.
"No, I'm happy for you brother."

He went to the door.
"I'll better be on my way then. Need to check on my littlest Wolf.
It was nice to see you, little brother. "
Kol put on his usual smirk.
"Always here for you dear big brother when you need anything."
Niklaus huged him quickly and short.
"Thanks", Klaus said and Kol knew that he meant it.

"Oh, um. Was nice to see you too Davina."
Davina gave him a fake smile.
"I can tell when people are lying to me, but I will kick you ass next time. Today, you behaved well."
The Hybrid smiled and left them with his vampire speed.

Hope painted in her room when Klaus entered the room.
She wore a black leather jacket and her hair felt slightly wavy on her shoulders.
She wore Hayleys necklace as always as well.
Klaus leaned against the door frame and watched his daughter closely.
He took a look on her painting.
There was nothing on the paper.

Hope sat on the floor with candles all around her. Something was strange.
A bad feeling came up in Niklauses body.
He couldn't help it and realized that he worried again.
"Hope. What are you doing love?"
Klaus came closer to her.

Hope got up her head and looked at her father.
"Just...Creating a new spell."
The Hybrid sat down before her.
"What kind of spell?"
"Dad. You don't need to worry. Nothing bad. I was just thinking to try to make some protection spells. I mean we could always need them."
Niklaus nodded.
"Allright, but becareful with this witch stuff sweetheart."
Hope sighed.
"Always am Dad."

Klaus gave her a little smile before he asked: "Hey, where's Elijah?"
Hope shrugged her shoulders.
"I don't know. He just said that he wanted to take care of something."
"What exactly?", Klaus wanted to know.
Hope breathed in and out loudly.
"Look Dad I really do not know. It sounded important."

Suddenly, the Hybrid was really worried.
He knew that Elijah would not have left Hope alone if it wasn't something serious.
He had to find him, but he didn't wanted to leave his daughter alone either.
She must have noticed his concerns because the next moment he felt a hand on his own.
"I can try a locator spell if you want me to", Hope said and comfort her Dad with that a little.
"I would appreciate it a lot love."
