4: Going out like a light

The group all come rushing to them, Midorima reaching for her and settling her on him.

Midorima: Seijuro what happened?

Akashi: Daiki, grab y/n's bag, quick!

Aomine: Right.

Midorima: Seijuro!

Akashi: I noticed something was off and told her not to play, she agreed and said she would need to take her tablets that are in her bag. She then fainted.

Aomine: Here!

He hands Akashi the bag. He and Kise rummage through the bag to find the tablets. Kise finds an almost empty packet, with only one tablet left in it. Before they can exclaim to the group, y/n regains consciousness.

Midorima: Y/n, are you okay?

y/n: Yeah, why wouldn't I be. Why are you guys all crowding around me like that?

Kuroko: You just fainted.

y/n: Oh my god Tetsu, you scared me. Why did that just scare me? What's going on?

Kuroko: You don't remember?

y/n: no, clearly.

Kise: These tablets, take them.

y/n: I don't need them though.

Kise: You told Akashicchi to give them to you.

y/n: Has it gotten worse already?

Aomine: Y/n, you need to tell us what's going on.

y/n: those tablets were something I used to take years ago when I would unexplainably faint and throw up. The doctors never got an explanation as to why, they had never seen it before. So they gave me medicine that they had to assume would work. It did stop it, but it made me forget a lot of things. Whenever I faint, I forget a piece of information but whenever I take the tablets it is the same outcome.  A couple of years ago I stopped taking it and I haven't fainted since. So I don't understand what is going on. Why am I still fainting?

Aomine: Years ago? As in when you're family-

Midorima: Hush.

Momoi: What do you think you forgot?

y/n: Let me tell you what I remember-Wait! Someone pass me a bucket, NOW!

Murisakabara: Here.

As she pukes into the bucket  Midorima gently clasps her hair together and holds it back.

Aomine; Give her some water!

After she had finished, she was handed some water, she rinsed her mouth and spat it into the bucket.

y/n: Quickly, give me the tablet!

Kise: There is only one in there!

y/n: That's not good. Just give me what's there!

She quickly swallows the tablet with a swig of water, trying not to throw up again.

y/n: I'm so sorry about this. I would never want any of you to see me like this.

Midorima: It's fine. Are you alright now?

y/n: I think so. I fear I have forgotten something important.

Momoi: Was it what you were going to tell Tetsu-kun and Kagamin regarding improvement needed on their performance?

y/n: I was going to do what?

Momoi: Oh great, that's helpful!

Akashi: What do you remember from this evening?

y/n: we were playing a game, not a normal game. I wanted to switch Tetsu and Kagami around to test their reliance on each other. But I don't remember what I found!
