Personality: Charming and polite on the outside, but ruthless and manipulative underneath his delightful personality and rules his company with an iron fist and an extremely high level of authority.
Likes: His company, money, his three pet snakes, power, sleeping and Salem.
Dislikes: Rude and annoying people, extremely hot temperatures, his pet snakes getting hurt, anything related to lactose and not being in control.
A seemingly endless string of chains made out of a unique material called "Veritum", they have properties of an Inland taipan's venom which makes people who touch them become extremely nauseous and hallucinate. Though people and Grimm with a strong resistance to toxins and poisons can fight through the side effects of the venom. The chains are extremely durable, but they can be broken if hit with enough force or if exposed to extreme temperatures. Nishi controls these chains at will by infusing his Aura into them to make the chains become sentient and move on their own, following Nishi's thoughts as if they were orders. Nishi can use the chains as restraints, whips, wrap them around his fists to deliver powerful blows, and he's also able to make the chains go into the ground and attack his foes from under their feet as a surprise attack.

Nishi's Semblance, "Snake's Skin", allows him to produce the venom with the same properties as the "Serpentine Chains" from his the pores on his skin, allowing him to attack with without the need of his weapons and he can spit the venom from his mouth. He's also able to shed his skin to act as a decoy if he's in a bind, but this cuts into his Aura significantly. The venom that comes out his body is light green in color.
Being a Snake Faunus, Nishi is extremely flexible and athletic and he can see in the dark quite well. If he needs to, he can shield himself from bright lights using a film that goes over his eyes, which allows him to see through the bright light, but if used for any other situation, he's basically blind. He also has extremely sharp fangs and is willing to bite his opponents if necessary, but he sees this as barbaric and crude and prefers not to do it.
Nishi Orien was born into a family of wealth, privilege and prestige and had everything handed to him on a silver platter. But at the age of seventeen, he murdered his entire family in cold blood, leaving him as the sole owner of the "Orien Manufacturing Company" or "OMC" for short. To keep his public image safe, he regularly donates to charities and provides jobs to less fortunate people in need. But underneath his amicable personality is a cold, ruthless and tyrannical man who will stop at nothing until his competitors, the SDC and the TWDC, are reduced to nothing and leaving the OMC as the most dominant company in Atlas. He has also supplied the White Fang with Atlesian machinery and has recently started working with Salem to make a "Grimm Bomb" in hopes of eradicating his opponents. After finding out that Alexander Izald, one of the men who have helped the TWDC make weapons for them, has the Remnium ore Salem needs to make the Grimm Bomb, he begins to plot to not only take the Remnium away from Alexander, but to destroy all of those who standing in his way and he will do so with a joyous, yet evil smile on his face.
