Chapter 2: Break up

Velvette's POV in the US

It's an academic break in Harvard and, It's Melissa's Birthday tomorrow, I wanted to go to the Philippines and visit my sister and her crush😭

I told my assistant to book me a flight for later so I could have time to pack and prepare for my flight, I went to different shops for a birthday gift for Melissa. I couldn't find anything except, when I passed a store that sold something Melissa liked, so I bought a lot of things. I then prepared myself for my flight which is in business class, I went on my flight and it was peaceful.

I arrived in the philippines but I didn't tell my sister that I was coming so I took a cab to her apartment, when I arrived she wasn't in her apartment so I looked in Melissa's apartment, and the door was open.

Ramiah's POV

It was 6AM when I woke up to Mel cuddling up to me, her face was on my neck breathing softly. I cuddled up to her more and hugged her tightly, I didn't wanna lose her. It was 5 more minutes as we cuddled, but I realized that I needed to wake up and work out, so I did, when I got up from my position, Mel groaned, she was so cuteeee.

I decided to go to my gym in the apartment and work out there wearing my sports bra and shorts.

Melissa's POV

I woke up and realized that Cam wasnt beside me, so I checked my phone to see the time, it was 7:20AM. I got up and looked for Cam in the apartment, I then saw her working out in her gym with dripping sweat coming down her abs, I couldn't help but stare at her. I have always liked Cam, I just couldn't admit it.

Ramiah's POV

I was punching and kicking the punching bag when I saw Mel just staring at me blushing, I just smirked and chuckled "Like what you see??" I said while laughing "N-no" she said while looking down, I go up to her and put my fingers under her chin and lift her face up "hmm ok sure" I said while holding up her face and kissing her cheek. I then get out of the room and use my towel to wipe my sweat, Mel was literally too stunned to speak and was just staring at me the whole time.
I leaned on the kitchen counter, then I started to speak "Soo will you break up with Jacob?" I said still wiping my sweat, she started to talk "I can't, he will hurt me so I would stay with him."She said sadly "I'll come with you, nobody could touch me anyways." I said confidently, she then kissed my cheek and ran away to go to her apartment, shes so cute hahaha.

Melissa's POV

I run away to go to my apartment when I arrived Jacob was lookig super mad because I spent the night in my bestfriends apartment, "We're OVER!" I said, I was about to go back to Cam but Jacob put his hand up looking like he was about to slap me, but then another hand stopped him, It was Cam, ofc it was, she always saves me. Cam then punches Jacob then kicks him so he could fall to the ground, she was now on top of him punching him continuously, I was trying to stop her but I couldn't.

Velvette's POV

I look in to see what's happening in Melissa's apartment, I then see my sister punching the boyfriend of Melissa, I ran to her "What did he do?" I asked "He was abusing Mel so yeah" she says while punching him, "ok ok stopp" I say while pushing my sister off of Jacob, before I let him go, I punch and kick him :)

Ramiah's POV

I stopped beating him up because he was kinda bleeding too much anddd my older sister told me to stop, she then punched and kicked him which made me chuckle a little. I then look at Mel who is just staring at me "Sorry Mell I didn't mean to beat him up that hard" I say while grabbing her waist and pulling her close to me so I could hug her. She hugged me back by putting her arms around my neck, "Are your hands okay?" She asked me while hugging, "I mean they are bleeding a little but it's ok" I say still hugging her.

Velvette's POV

"OK OK THAT'S ENOUGH LOVEBIRDS! YOU GUYS ARE MAKING ME FEEL SINGLE!" I screamed, Miah just laughed at my comment and kept on hugging Melissa. "OK STOP IT" I say while rolling my eyes, they finally stop hugging, GODD when will they get together. NAPAPASANAOL NALANG SA BUHAY!

Melissa's POV

"Hey Velvetteeee why did u go to the Philippines?" I asked her "For your bday obvi!" She exclaimed "Oh yeah today is my birthday..I kinda forgot HAHAHA anywaysss let's chat the others so we could meetup!!" I said.
