IF UR CONFUSED BAWCIALLY ITS AN ALTERNATE ENDING OF DELUSION THAT DEFINIETLY WOULDNT HAPPEN BUT IS ESSENTIALLY FANSERVICE FOR MY LOVELIES🫶 SO IF U HAVENT READ THE END OF THE DELUSION JUST COMPLETELY FORGET IT AND DO NOT READ THIS
okay. so basically i would just like to clarify that this ending was not possible at all LOL as i said in the delusion summary y/n began to see her more motherly during their delusion training but in this she saw her more romantically hence the alternate ending but overall at this point it wouldn't make sense for y/n to fall in love with maria especially in this chapter (xxxiv) where she knows she's in the wrong and wants to apologise to diluc but can't now bc she knows her fate is to die ANYWAY!
yes maria killed y/n in the end but don't be toooo disheartened maria still loved her🥰 if only her want for revenge and her love for the tsaritsa wasn't stronger......🤣 also in this alternate ending maria would have finally completed her mission and who knows if she still kills herself after to join her dear love y/n in the afterlife because hehehee because y/n never fought maria she never gained her vision yk what that means!!!!! in this alternate ending y/n would actually die.🫶bless
