// Welcome to The Queen of Bites. This book cover is probably my favourite.
Kassidy's POV
I was simply wondering around a mansion, which looked like it hadn't been touched or lived in for decades. I knew it was wrong to trespass, but this mansion interested me. I was looking for the entrance, maybe there wasn't one. Suddenly, I heard a strange noise coming from inside of this 'abandoned mansion'. I was under a large tinted window, causing me to be very still. I slowly looked up, just like in any horror movie and was watching a pale woman...doing something. I couldn't tell since the windows were tinted...and cracked. I was wrong about this mansion. I had to leave.
So, I went back down, beginning to crawl on my hands and knees until I heard a small chuckle behind me. It was around midnight, so I guess this really was from a fucking horror movie. "What are you doing? I don't really like it when my dinner crawls away, especially on it's hands and knees." the woman told me. I then decided to stand up, my body starting to shake with fear as the woman got really close to me, a little too close...
"Come inside. Let me welcome you, hm?" she asked me, sending chills up and down my spine. I was wearing a long sleeved denim jacket with only a blue tank top underneath and a pair of white jeans. Yeah...not the perfect combo. "No thanks." I told her, "I...I'm going to go now." I said, before I went to run...but my body wouldn't move.
And then I was out for the night.
Waking up the next day, was like a nightmare. I was inside this creepy fucking mansion with a sick woman. I sat up slowly, being able to move by myself again. What did I get myself into?
"You are the best thing I have smelt in ages." she said into my ear, making me jump. SHE WAS IN THE ROOM WITH ME?!
Yep, I was so dead. This sick woman wanted my blood.
