My alarm didn't get a chance to wake me up because matilda and rose did by jumping on my bed. After rubbing my eyes and sitting up I started slowly waking up. "What are you waking me up for?" I ask them. "We had to show you these" rose says

She hands me her phone and it's on Twitter. The pictures of jack and I at lunch with everyone are everywhere. "Fuck" I whisper scrolling through them. One account posted the lunch photos with the pics jack had posted on his story from when we first met.

"Are you going to tell us your finally dating and that you're completely head over heels in love with him? And you're running off to vegas to get married?" Rose asks. I groan shaking my head "absolutely not, he is one of my best friends" I answer.

I scroll through twitter on her phone before she snatches it from me. "Hey I was looking!" I say frowning. "Look on your own phone" she replies making me sigh and grab it from the side table.

My phone lights up and I have a few texts from jack and a couple from dru.

Jack: dont look at Twitter
Jack: please tell me you also didn't at Instagram
Jack: are you awake?

Dru: dont worry about the media
Dru: and dont forget about that meeting

"I should have breakfast and get going to the studio, the guys need me" I say standing up. They follow me to the kitchen and i just make us breakfast and coffee. While the eggs are cooking i text jack back.

To jack: too late saw it all it's fine

After having breakfast and a few cups of coffee I grab my things and prepare for whatever the meeting has in store for jack and I. "Texts us updates!" Matilda shouts on my way out. Ah yes weekends means she is off.

On the way there I sing along to whatever the radio plays, first class coming up as well. I nod along to the lyrics and then listen to whatever the hosts decide to talk about. "Have you heard that jack is maybe seeing someone" the one asks the other. Oh lord what is going on.

"Right! Yeah his new songwriter friend abigail, nobody is sure if they are together but they've been seen around at a release party and lunch just yesterday" the other replies. They're saying my name now great.

I sigh stopping at a red light forcing myself to listen to this conversation. "If they are together let me say they are one hot couple"  one of them says. "We aren't" I say out loud knowing they can't hear me.

Not long later I'm pulling into the studio. Jack's already there and I'm not surprised. I walk in and he's standing there with one of his managers and dru. "Oh good you're here" dru says. I nod awkwardly and follow them into the conference room.

We sit down and Jack's beside me with them across from us. "So over the last week or so we've been looking at social media and we've been seeing what they've been saying" Chris starts. "About?" Jack asks. "You two" he replies pointing between us. "Oh well theres nothing going on if that's what you're wondering" Jack says.

I nod in agreement but stay quiet. "We know but the media and everyone else don't" dru says. "What are you getting at?" Jack asks. I look between them trying to read their faces but I can't.

They both sigh and then slide over a piece of paper. "What is this?" I ask reading it and jack looks at it too reading it.
