I had pulled my hair up into a ponytail and jumped into Jason's car. "Come on Jason we're gonna be late."
"Sorry little sis bible prayers come first." Here he goes again. He grabbed my hand... "Dear Heavenly Father protect my me and my little sister from the demons who are corrupting our people Amen." I rolled my eyes. "Come on Carrie don't be like that. You and me both know those freaks just multiply each year!!" I nodded and hummed "mmhm" to end whatever this conversation was.
We picked up Chrissy on the way to school. Of course being the third wheel I moved to the backseats. Although today Chrissy seemed a bit odd."Hey Chrissy are you okay?" I asked. She just nodded and smiled through the rear view mirror.
Quickly I tapped Chrissy's shoulder discreetly."I'm just gonna hop off here. I let Sarah borrow my chem book." I lied as I hopped off Jason's car and ran to my locker. There she was on lookout for me. Tapping her foot on the ground counting idk what. "This feels illegal Carrie." she joked. "I'm worried for Chrissy and Jason's head is too far up gods ass to notice she's going through something."
"Okay but putting a chip on her to track her down isn't the best way to start" "I mean-" The tracker that was connected to the chip started beeping. Showing that Chrissy was near us. That's odd the assembly was on the other side. "Sarah cover for me" I said as I ran away following the tracker.
