The Colonel entered the office, followed by Namjoon, sitting firmly at his desk, looking at his friend
"Tell me Namjoon, what’s wrong?"
"The Security Council meeting has ended and the decision has been passed!" The lieutenant’s voice sounded tense.
Taehyung straightened up in his seat ready for what would come out of the other’s mouth, so he nodded to him to complete the content of the decision…

"The United States will intervene‼"
A moment of silence only for V to burst out laughing, he laughed hysterically while Namjoon stood stunned by his friend’s reaction, and when he stopped he asked.
"What’s so funny, Taehyung? Aren’t you surprised? Isn’t it bad news?!" He looked at him with wide eyes, waiting for an answer.
V wiped the tears that gathered in the edges of his eyes from laughing.

"I expected that! I am not surprised, Namjoon, I knew it will happen" He answered, crossing his legs, adding, " I bet it is on the enemy side now."
Namjoon nodded in agreement with what the other said.

Their conversation was interrupted by the ringing of the landline on the colonel’s office, he answered saluting the speaker, and then continued talking for several minutes to hang up the call, turning to Namjoon
"Bastards, they did not even allow the veto and took advantage of the absence of the Soviets, the general ordered us to move and even if he didn’t call, I wouldn’t stand silent in front of this meanness."

He gritted his teeth and clenched his fist, his emerald eyes flashing anger.
"What are we going to do now Taehyung? If both armies are bound, they will be equal or even more numerous than us." The lieutenant, who was waiting impatiently for orders, was all about to avoid any gap in their army that would lead to their defeat.

"Gather the battalion commanders and wait for me in the conference room."
The other nodded and before leaving he turned to look at his friend, raising an eyebrow, "You didn’t even address the general with ‘my master’!"
"You know that I have no master, I am V and I am the master of myself" he replied in a cold tone.

"Fuck your arrogance Taehyung." The lieutenant smiled and shook his head, adding, "Let me get you one of the girls, you need to release your anger on someone".
"I don’t want to! I know how to release my anger these days," he replied, not looking up from the papers in front of him.
"Don’t do that!, since when do we torture minors V? It’s against the law" Namjoon said worriedly.
"Who do you mean by minor Joonie, that boy is not a minor!"
"But he looks underage."

Finally, the colonel looked up at his friend, sighed frantically, and threw a file on the desk
"Go ahead and open this file on page ten, the thirteenth name in the list, and read it aloud"
The blonde curiously approached, holding up the black file, following the other’s instructions.

"Park Jimin, a resident of Silla, twenty years old, lost his parents after our armies stormed the latitude authorized by Major Song." He looked at Taehyung  "Look, Joon, for the first time I saw the boy, he told me from his look that he wouldn’t stay calm, so I read his file before I even thought of torturing him, he has the same look you saw in my eyes the day we met, remember?! Pure vengeance!"
Namjoon nodded in agreement, his thoughts leading to the day he met Taehyung.

Flashback

The footsteps of the eighteen-year-old boy are all heard in the corridors of the Military University, it’s known that students are in training at this time, so the corridors are empty.
