I had gone to the library to check out some books on still photography and sat down to read the book, I skimmed through it before finding what I was looking for when I noticed a small scrap of paper in the middle of the chapter I was reading, I glanced at it and found girly handwriting saying 'call if you don't understand!'
It was obviously meant for someone else learning this, but I was curious. I pulled out my cellphone and dialed the number and put it to my ear, it continued to ring before a faint click signaling someone had answered.
"Hello?" A girl spoke and I froze, that voice was so heavenly sounding, could a person fall in love with a voice?
"Hi, I found this number in a book I was reading saying to call for assistance if needed, mind if I ask you a few questions on still photography?"
She laughed, "Who is this?"
"My name is Pj."
"Hello Pj, are you new to photography?"
"No, but I am for this style and I had this brilliant idea, but I need this knowledge."
"Then ask away. I'm Y/N by the way."
"Alright..." And so it went, after an hour I said thanks and asked if she'd be interested in helping me make the video to which she happily said yes and we made plans to first meet in town to get supplies I needed, and that is how I got my girlfriend, a random number in a book.
