the surprise

      He was pushing my on the swing. After a couple of minutes I got off the swing and we went to sit on the bench for a minute to breathe a little. When we where done we played a game of tag. I was it and I chased him but he stop and took what was in his pocket out and looked to me. I look at him and wait for what he is going to do. When he didn't move I moved to him so I could look at what was in his hands and what he is doing.

      When I got to him I saw him holding a little box. It looked like a ring box. I looked up at him and he got down on his knee. He opened the box and it was a ring. " Care I know we have not been together forever. We have only known each other for about 2 years but I want us to know each other for the rest of our lives and the rest of forever. I want you to know that I  will never leave you I will be here forever so will you marry me. "

      I was so shocked I was crying but it was happy crying. I nodded my head a lot and walked up to him. " Yes yes and yes " he stood up and put the ring on my. I was surprised that it fit me perfectly. I looked at him " how did you know my ring size. " He laughed when I asked. " Well when you where asleep I took your hand and put your favorite ring on it. I made sure it fit you perfectly and then I took the ring with me and asked the to use it to find out. "

     " Wait so that is why I haven't been able to find my favorite ring you stole it. " He pulled out another ring from his pocket and it was my now second favorite ring. " I did not steal it I borrowed it. " I laughed at that and then I put my hand on it. " Well I'm glad to have my second favorite ring back. " " You said second favorite does a new ring have first place now. " " Yes it is one I will never take off but you are it in tag now. " I was done and I ran away from him.

      Me and him played at the park for the rest of the night. We played till it was like 3 in the morning and we had to go home. I was glad I didn't have to work tomorrow and I was going to text my mom and tell her about this. I was sure she already new about it but I still want to tell her. When he got home and went to the bedroom he went to take the ring off so we could lay down. " I don't want to take it off. " " I will make sure it is back on you first thing tomorrow. " I took it off and we went to sleep.
