ChaptCharlie Spring adjusted his tie, curiosity sparkling in his eyes. "Where are we off to, then?" he asked Nick Nelson, his voice tinged with excitement.

"Somewhere special," Nick replied, his smile hinting at secrets.

Their drive led them to a stunning cliffside restaurant, overlooking the ocean. Charlie's jaw dropped as they stepped inside. "Blimey, Nick! This is posh!"

Their table sat by the window, soft music drifting through the air. Nick's nervousness was palpable, but Charlie just beamed, feeling cherished. As they ordered, Nick's leg brushed against Charlie's under the table.

Over dessert, Nick's hand trembled slightly as he reached for Charlie's. "Three years ago, I met you, and my world transformed," he began, voice trembling. "You're my rock, my soulmate. Charlie Spring, will you marry me?"

Tears streamed down Charlie's face as Nick revealed the ring. "Yes, yes, forever yes!" The restaurant erupted in applause as Nick slid the ring onto Charlie's finger.

Overwhelmed, Charlie buried his face in Nick's chest. "Love you," he whispered.

"Love you too," Nick replied, holding him close.

"Let's take a walk," Nick whispered.

Hand in hand, they strolled toward the beach where their love story began. Nella, their energetic dog, trotted alongside, sensing their joy. Adam, Nick's brother, waited in the distance, smiling.

"This is where it all started," Charlie said, nostalgia washing over him.

"And where it'll continue," Nick replied, embracing Charlie. "Forever and always, my love."

Their lips met in a tender kiss under the starry sky.

As they walked, the sound of waves filled the air. Charlie glanced at Nick, his heart full. "You planned this perfectly."

"Only the best for you," Nick smiled.

Their walk ended at their favorite spot, where they shared their first kiss. Nella settled beside them, content.

"Three years," Charlie said, gazing at Nick.

"Many more to come," Nick replied, his eyes shining.

In comfortable silence, they watched the stars, hands intertwined, hearts full.
