He smiles like an angel, and replies, "Yo, they got them chicken nuggies-" I pull his menu down to see his face, then continue. "Wow, I should've never driven you to a fancy restaurant." He motions towards the ceiling. "Well, look at this place!" I look around, and look back at him with a unamused expression.

"These may be like, ten times better than McDonalds chicken nuggets. Creamy chicken tenderloins, if you will." I put down my own menu, and looked at the waiter who was approaching us. "Hello miss, sir what could I get you today?" I ordered first. "I'll take the-" I glance back at the menu to remind myself. "The chicken dumplings, and iced tea lemonade."

He then turns to Alex, and asks, "And what can I get you?" Alex glances at me with a childlike expression and points at his menu, "Chicken and Waffles will be fine. And your strongest coffee, thanks." The waiter clicks his pen, and slips the small order book into his pocket. "I'll update you guys once I get your drinks."

Once the waiter disappears out of sight, I start stacking the jellies that were on the rack next to me. I then put my curled hand on my cheek. "I used to play jenga with these all the time as a child." I balanced the last strawberry jam onto the pyramid, and proceeded to take one from the bottom off. Then I replaced it at the top.

"You wanna give it a go?" I look back up at Alex, and he smiles lightly. "I bet I can beat you." He gently takes out a different bottom jelly, and stacks it. We continued this simple, but entertaining game until our drinks arrived. "Here you go Ma'am, Sir." he places them down, and clicks his pen.

"Your food will take an estimated 25 minutes to get here." I nod at him, and place the jelly I had in my hand on the top. The waiter leaves again, and Alex asks me, "Have you ever done this with the sugar packets?" I shake my head no, and he starts building up the packets like cards. He tries removing one from the bottom, and it collapses completely.

"I don't think sugar is as sturdy as jelly containers," I tell him, and he scratches the back of his neck, and starts putting them away. "Oh, funny story. We said we'd stream today, and we didn't." He nods, and explains, "Well, it's not the most important thing right now. You are." I chuckle, and blush slightly.

"What's up with our Las Nevadas lore?" I change the subject, and he perks up. "So, here's what I'm thinking-" he starts, and goes on about how we are in love with each other in the game, but Wilbur gets between us because he was revived.

He also discussed how he wanted to start a paranormal event that happened in the dome I was going to make, and it grows mushrooms instead of grass. "What if- I was cursed." I tap my chin, and Alex sits back. "What do you mean?" I expand on the idea. "What if everyone I loved died, except for my soulmate?"

He hums, and opens his hands. "And once you did find your soulmate, with them you could revive people!" I snap and point at him. "That's genius! We probably have to discuss this to Wilbur for the script though." I also kind of felt like it shouldn't be just blessed afterword, so we needed angst.

"And then, what if you leave because of someone beloved of yours who died-" I get cut off by another young waiter placing down our food in front of us. "Also, sorry to interrupt but are you Quackity?" he asks shyly. Alex sits up in his seat, and adjusts his beanie. "Yeah! Uh, do you want a picture?"

The young boy nods, and pulls out his phone for a photo. He takes it, and thanks him. "And, are you U/N?" he turns to me. I fluff out my hair confidently, and reply, "The one and only!" he then laughs, while refilling my tea. "Well, it was nice to meet you! Do you need a snapple too?" he whispers to me.

I shake my head, aware of the joke and thank him. He then leaves, and I could tell by how he walked that he was extremely happy. "First fan encounter, huh." Alex asks me, hand pushing against his cheek. I nod nervously, "Yeah, it's kinda odd having someone I don't know walk up to me I guess."

He shakes his head, and reassures me. "You'll get used to it. It's a necessary part of fame." I roll my eyes, and strike. "Ok mr im so rich and famous and smart ahahah~" I act like him, but also girlboss to make him look funny. He started to devour the chicken, and I looked at him with disgust.

"You remind me of someone..." I look up to the ceiling and tap my chin. "Ah- Cookie Monster was it?" he licks his fingers after finishing the first tender, and frowns. "You do too. Oh, was it the stupid rock in the show that never spoke?" I do the gay hand thing, and flip him off with sarcasm. "Yeah yeah..."

We finished at the restaurant, and it had started to get late. By the time we had finished, it was already pretty late. I opened the door, Alex following close behind me and we looked at the sunset. "Wow." he remarks letting the door close behind him.

"Is Florida always this pretty?" he asks, and I consider it. "Ehh, wait till you see the beach!" I take his hand and pull him towards my glimmering car. As I hop in, I check the time. 8:03, not bad. I shove the keys into the keyhole, and start backing up.

As I'm driving down the main street, I look to the side of me and notice that Alex was staring. "Uhm, it's rude to stare." He snaps out of whatever trance he was in, and apologizes. "My bad, you have something on your face though." He took his hand and wiped his thumb across my cheek.

Good lord, the butterflies came in quickly. I look back to the road, and start looking at the seagulls. I had noticed the seagulls, and the trees flowing so I decided to crack open a window. Man, the fresh salty air was always a big reliever to past issues, stress, or anxiety.

Me, myself took that as a signal to push confidence and luck. "Uh, Alex?"
