"Shota!!" Rushing over you threw yourself into his arms but quickly pulled back when you felt him flinch under your tight hold "Are you alright?" Holding his hand up to silence you he huffed "Yes, just fresh out of my latest surgery."
When he noticed you crying he froze before yanking you into a much loser hug "...I thought you were dead when I saw you lying motionless in a pull of blood I was sure I lost you." You felt his grip tighten "I would have been had you not called Hizashi. The hospital said if I had been brought in any later I would have bled out."
When he let you go you looked around "And the kids? Are they alright?" "Why do you think I took such a bad beating, I was giving Hitoshi time to get him and Eri out of there. Hizashi found them at the neighbor's house 100% fine, well physically they were a bit shaken up." When the words finished leaving his mouth you finally relaxed for what felt like the first time in forever. Well, first time in almost a year.

You took a deep breath before pushing the door to your and Aizawa's house open, not even fully inside yet you heard the sound of running "Momma!" "Eri!" Yanking her into your arms you squeezed her tight "Im sorry I've been gone, I missed you so much!"
She gave you a smile "It's ok, your back now!" "F/n's back!?" Two seconds after the scream Shinsou joined your hug "Im so glad your back, mom." Heh, this kid "Im glad im back too, and I promise I don't intend to leave any time soon."
Once the hug was over the two rushed to their rooms to gather up a year's worth of things they've been waiting to show you, feels good to be home.
While you were thinking about how great it was to be home Aizawa grabbed your shoulder "When the kids go to be me and you are gonna have a talk, it's about your past." And suddenly being home didn't feel so good, but you still put a smile on your face when the kids ran back into the room.
