Aizawa went to activate his quirk but was too slow, Shigaraki's hand landed right in the center of his face and in the blink of an eye there was nothing but dust on the ground where Aizawa once stood.
It took a second for Shigaraki to calm down but once he did he realized something, just because Aizawa's gone doesn't mean he no longer has competition. He slapped his hand on the door and rushed to your bedroom to see you still peacefully passed out causing him to smile. He wrapped two fingers on each hand with some of your ace bandages and as carefully as he could pick you up careful to make sure you were still wrapped tight in the blanket before calling up Kurogiri to make him a portal home.

He carefully placed you down onto his bed before sitting next to you just watching you sleep trying to think of how to explain to you that this is for the best when you wake up, because he knows you won't understand yet.
