23 : The Fears

After a few days, in the Park Empires, Jimin had an important meeting to attend about his upcoming projects. So he left early in the morning before Chaeyoung could even wake up.

In the presentation room, Jimin's assistant explained everything about his project plan and Jimin was quite sure that he'll definitely get the deal.

Mr. Kang, who was Jimin's business client, glanced at Jimin's project files, and graphics bars in front of him, before he sighed and looked up at Jimin, who was already looking at him with excited anticipation.

"Mr. Park, your projects, files hardware and software, everything is totally impressive but I have considered Jeon Empire's project more. I think they have better techniques and more innovative ideas. Mr. Park, your ideas and ways for our project were undoubtedly very approaching but, I think Jeon Empire's have more resources and creative productions. I have actually decided it yesterday only when I went to a meeting with Mr. Jeon, that I will be joining my hands with him for this project, but I still attended this meeting, expecting Mr. Park to show something beyond Mr. Jeon's and mine imagination, but the ideas you presented.... Sorry to say, but these are too outdated. I'm very sorry again Mr. Park, I hope we'll be contracting each other later in the future. " Mr. Kang  said as he reached out to shake his hands with Jimin.

Jimin felt a surge of embarassment hence quickly shook hands with Mr. Kang and walked out of the meeting room, slamming the door with a bang.

"It's fine. This deal wasn't that much important for us. I think you should focus on the mergence of Kim empires. Mr. Kim is going to held the meeting next week. I think you should-"

"Don't teach me what I should do and what not!" Jimin screamed at Yoongi, who was startled. Even though Yoongi was just his butler, he had always respected him like an elder brother and always took his advice.

Seeing Jimin yelling at him like that, Yoongi felt embarassed, but he was smart and understanding enough to understand his situation too. Both Jimin and Jungkook goes off hand whenever they are angered.

Yoongi sighed and decided to give him some space time.

Jimin who was now alone in his cabin, leaned his head on the headrest of his chair and closed his eyes, massaging the spot between his eyebrows.

His phone rang for a few times but he was too disturbed to notice it. But when he became too irritated, he clenched his jaws and threw the phone in a corner.

He sat in the dimmed room till the sky outside turned dark.

Jimin grabbed his upper coat and walked out of the cabin, still in anger.

Reaching a club, Jimin drank till his neck was filled with alcohol.
Unexpectedly, he noticed Jungkook and Mr. Kang, joining hands for their new deal, in the same club.

Jungkook had a very proud grin on his face, that made Jimin more furious. He clenched the wine glass in his hands until it broke into pieces and gave him several bruises on his palm.

In his drunk state, Jimin didn't noticed his wounds. The only thing he knew right now was to snatch away that smile from Jungkook's face.

One again, he snatched away something from me.

Jimin couldn't control his anger anymore. As soon as he saw Jungkook excusing himself, Jimin drank another glass of alcohol in a gulp, angrily glaring at Jungkook's retreating back and followed him with wobbly steps.

"You must be really happy now? Aren't you?" Jungkook crooked his brows and turned around, only to find Jimin looking at him with red bloodshot eyes.

Jungkook obviously was in a good mood today. Seeing Jimin here, trying to provoke him, Jungkook initially thought to ignore him and not get involved with any argument with him.
