Epilogue

4 years later:

Well, next year I turn 40. What am I talking about? Lee's already 40. Good god. We're old. The twins turn 4 today! And before you ask, yes. Ned pushes Daisy. He does know better. It's just a little funny when Daisy comes up to me and says that her brother was pushing her.

Ned's looks came in more. He's so much like Lee. He's only 4 and he has Lee's big bushy eyebrows. It's really cute. Daisy looks like the both of us. Her hair grew out long curly chocolate brown hair. Her eyes are storm grey. She is something. They also found out about The Hobbit. Lee doesn't like that. But I find it adorable! I'm the one that gets to read to them! They've seen bits and pieces of the movies. They just want to watch the bits the Lee is in. And I gotta admit this, it's pretty damn adorable.

Lee's still doing H&CF. When he leaves for the two-four months, it's hard! Him and his daughter are close. So when he leaves, it's an all nighter for me. He's also been doing a few movies.

I'm still painting. Not as much since Ned and Daisy were born. I don't get as many commissions either. But, that's alright. I'm too busy. Also!! I'm pregnant!! There's only one. I have yet to tell Lee. He's been away filming stuff.

Jamie and Alex had another baby. A baby girl named Natalia. She's two. Ned is a little flirt with her it's so cute. Candy is single... Again. Her and Oakley fought quite a bit. So she ended it.

"When does Lee get back home?" Jamie asked, wrapping a birthday present for the twins.

"Soon. He said he'd be back for their party." I said, tying a balloon to the railing.

"Are you going to tell him about the baby?"

"Yes!" I said, sitting back down.

"You okay?"

"Yeah. Just. Overwhelmed. I'm going to be 40 next year. I'm going to have 3 under 10. Ned and Daisy both miss Lee." I put my head on the counter.

"Well, I'm sure he'll be home soon." She said, rubbing my back.

"I know." I sighed.

"Mommy!" Daisy cried, coming into the kitchen. I lifted my head up and looked over at my daughter. She had a small cut on her forehead that was dripping blood over her sky blue sweater and white skirt.

"Daisy, what did you do?" I said, picking her up and placing her on the counter.

"Ned... Ned... Ned threw a toy at...at me." She cried. I grabbed the first aid kit and went to help her.

"When does daddy gonna get home?" She asked, as I held her body close to mine.

"Soon, D.J, soon." I placed her back on the ground. "Go play with Ned and Nat." I said, patting her bum. She let out a small chuckle and ran back to the play room. Moments later, Natalia, Ned, and Daisy came running in.

"Mommy, can we watch Marmaduke? Or... Or... The Hobbit?" Ned asked. That's right.

"Not now. Pizza should be here soon." I looked down at them. " Go play." The three of them nodded and went back to the play room.

"Want me to take them for a night?" Jamie asked, grabbing a beer from the fridge.

"Nah. It's fine." I said, placing my head back on the counter. As soon as I did that, there was a knock on the door. "I'll be right back." I stood up and went to the front door.

"Order for Gwen Pace." A man said. I looked up with hope that it was Lee. Nope. It was a pizza man.

"That's me." I smiled.

"$24.00." I grabbed $30.00 and handed it to him. He gave me my pizzas and went back to his car. I turned and went back to the kitchen.

"Need help with that?" This time, another man asked.

"Lee!" I exclaimed, putting the pizzas on the counter and hugged him. "Good lord I've missed you!" I said.

"I've missed you too. Where's Ned and Daisy?" He asked, holding me close.

"Playing with Natalia." I let him go. "Hey, guess what." I looked over at Jamie. She smiled.

"What?"

"No! You have to guess!"

"Okay. Uhm. Ned slept through the night?"

"No. Well, he did. But that isn't it."

"Daisy has been pushed."

"No... Lee, you suck at this game." I whined. "Jamie, we'll be right back." I said, pulling him up to our spare room that now held one cot and not a queen bed.

"No." He looked down at me with a slight smile.

"Yeppers." I smiled up at him. "There's only one. I checked." I said, pointing at the framed ultrasound on the wall. He pulled me close and kissed me.

"I missed you." He mumbled.

"I missed you too."

"Daddy!!!" Ned came running up the stairs.

"Hey there big guy!" Lee smiled and went to his son. "Happy birthday!" he said giving him a hug.

"Daddy?" Daisy said from down the stairs.

"Let's go see your sister." Lee said, picking up his still small son. The three of us went back downstairs. Daisy ran up to Lee and wrapped her arms around his leg. Natalia ran in and did the same to his other leg.

"Alright, let's get off Daddy's legs." I said. "Pizza is here." I grabbed 6 plates. We all ate and opened up presents. The twins had gotten some toys. Then, it was time for bed!

"What are we going to name this one?" Lee asked, climbing under the covers of our bed.

"I don't know. I really like the name Sophia." I smiled, cuddling up to his body. "But, we don't have the gender yet."

"I like Sophia." Lee said, running his fingers through my hair. "What if it's a boy?"

"Emmett." I smiled up at him.

"I like either." He smiled and kissed me. We were just abut to fall asleep, and then a cry came from the twins' room.

"I'll get it." I said, getting out of bed and going into their room. Daisy was the one crying. I picked her up and sat in the rocking chair.

"Mommy, can you sing?" She asked into my chest.

"Of course." I said. I started to sing Can't Help Falling In Love With You. Half way through the song, Lee came into the room and started to sing.
