Hey guys! So yeah, I'm so sorry about updating, it's just that these filler chapters often don't make sense and I really wanted this one to. I was also having a bit of a writer's block. But it's here! Also, if you've been reading my little updates, I met Taylor on Wednesday, and today's Friday, so that means two days ago! Read the author's note at the end if you want to hear all of the details on that. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this chapter!

I locked my phone and looked at the clock on my dresser. It was 10:40 meaning I would be meeting Hayes at 11. Ok. I ran into my closet and grabbed a white crop top and my favorite pair of overalls. After I changed I brushed my hair and put my hair up into a high, messy ponytail. I then ran into the bathroom to apply my makeup. Concealer, check. Bronzer, check. Eyeshadow, check. Mascara, check. After applying my everyday look I headed downstairs and threw on my red Vans before heading out the door. On the way out I grabbed my usual pennyboard and started towards the park.

As I rode up I saw Hayes there sitting on the bench on his phone. "Hey!" I said, sitting next to him. I ruffled his hair to make him look up at me. "Watcha doing?"

"Hey!" he said, kissing my cheek. Wait, did he just kiss my cheek? DID HAYES GRIER JUST KISS MY CHEEK?! He noticed me blushing, and blushed as well. "Um, I was just checking in on my fans. You know, tweeting and stuff." He showed me his screen, filled up with tweets from fans. "The boys should be here soon."

"Okay. I just realized that I never got their numbers, so I'm gonna ask them today!" I say giggling.

All of the sudden, I hear someone scream, "GABY!" and hug me from behind. "Guess who?"

"Taylor?" I ask, turning around to face him. He just smiles really huge and hugs me again. "I missed you!" I say, hugging him back.

"Oh, same here girl!" he says, making me laugh. "You know, I was gonna text you last night, and then I realized that I didn't have your number. So I need your number!" I laughed again and we exchanged phones, punching in each other's numbers.

I looked back at Hayes and he looked a little down. I sat back down and grabbed his hand, smiling at him. I squeezed his hand but quickly let go when I saw Nash approaching with the rest of the boys. Matt ran up to me and hugged me, spinning me around. After Matt, Aaron ran up to me and did the same thing. Then Carter, then Nash, then Jacob, then Cameron, and then Gilinksy. Both Johnson and Daniel tried to lift me, but couldn't so just settled on hugging me. I laughed and pecked both of their cheeks, but instantly regretted it. I looked at Hayes, letting him know it meant nothing to me. Wait, why was I doing this? We weren't even dating. He didn't even like me. I mean, we were friends, but he he didn't LIKE like me, right?

"Wait Gaby you can pennyboard?" Jacob asks me, looking at the pennyboard in my hand.

"Yeah, how else would I get around?" I ask back teasingly.

"Um, a bike?" he asks, earning a slap on his shoulder lightly. He pretends to be hurt, clutching his arm and moaning.

"Yeah, yeah, you're okay big boy," I say. He laughs.
