it's done! voilà, the ending. i hope it was everything that an ending should be and wrapped everything up nicely. i like the possibility of maybe making another book that continues with this story but frankly, that sounds like a lot of work. who knows though, maybe one day :))
to be honest, i loved writing this. the differents (the normals included) was the first book i had ever managed to write from start to finish, and although it was a long and somewhat taxing process, the reward of getting to have a finished product -- of getting to sit back and look at this actual book instead of just a started story -- was so amazing. like, i made that. yes, me. and i would do it again without a second thought if it was that simple.
i was posting the link to this story to my message board and it struck me that it's been two years since i started writing/posting this story. spring of 2020, during covid was when i started. it seems so long ago but also not at the same time. also like?? i've been on wattpad for several years now???? when did that even happen bruh
unfortunately life doesn't always seem to like people and there are things like my laptop breaking that have stopped me from writing as much these days. i'm working on a solution for this, so hopefully this stage of semi-inactivity on wattpad comes to a close soon and i can become more active here again.
so anyway! if you're reading this, thanks for sticking around! i really hope this book turned out to be everything you were hoping it would be, and if not, i always always always appreciate constructive criticism (maybe in dms though, if it's a little harsh lmaoo). i want to know what i can do better and how to keep improving! that's what we all want, as artists anyway, is it not? -- an opportunity to make our next creation even better than the last!
anyways, it's 11 pm and i'm rambling. thank you for reading this and i love you
