Playdate with Fate (A Chris & Keith AU)

The Parking Lot

As Chris got inside the car, Steve smiled.

He looked towards Chris and asked him, "So, how's your so-called kiki with your friend from high school?" Chris sighed softly and replied, "It went good... until he suddenly told me that he had a family emergency to attend to. It was a bit sus."

Steve nodded slowly.

Then, he suddenly said, "Speaking of your friend, you haven't introduced me to him. Tell me a bit about him, Chris." Chris looked towards Steve and asked, "Are you sure? You won't get mad at me or anything?" Steve chuckled softly and nodded.

So, Chris brought out his phone.

He then showed a photo of him and Keith saved to his phone's gallery. Then, Chris said, "This is my friend Keith. Like I told you before, he and I met back in high school." Steve stared at Keith's photo for a while and replied, "This Keith guy seems nice."

Chris smiled and nodded in agreement.

All of a sudden, Chris asked, "Do you know how he and I met?" When Steve shook his head, Chris cleared his throat. Then, Chris said, "My friendship with him first started when he and I bumped onto each other during an accident at some corridor."

Steve smiled.

He then asked, "How come both of you bumped onto one another the day you met back then?" Chris laughed for a few moments and replied, "Because this silly dumbass wasn't looking where he was going while walking with his earphones on."

Steve laughed afterwards.

Then, Chris said, "I think what cemented our strong bond ever since is the fact that he and I are actually neighbors. When time allows it, he and I either spend time together at his place or mine. It depends on whether or not we're busy, really."

Steve nodded slowly.

Afterwards, Chris said, "How I wish he and you could meet someday. I guess because we're not taking the same college program means different schedules, so." Steve replied, "Well, I do hope so. Based from your story, he seems really nice."

Chris smiled at him.

Then, Steve suddenly told Chris, "You know, Chris... I've been wanting to tell you something for a while now." Chris got curious and asked, "Wait... is something going on or some shit?" All of a sudden, Steve looked at Chris and caressed his cheek.

Steve pulled Chris in for a kiss afterwards.

When Steve pulled away, he told Chris, "I know you've noticed that I've been eyeing you during classes more than I should." Chris nodded awkwardly and replied, "Yeah... What about it?" Steve then said, "The thing is, Chris... I'm starting to like you."

Chris felt shocked.

He thought to himself, "Wow. I thought he was just eyeing me because there's something on my face or some shit." Chris snapped out of his thought when Steve asked, "Yo, Chris. Are you OK?" Chris looked towards Steve, nodded, and said, "Yeah."

Chris and Steve stared at each other for a few moments afterwards.

Afterwards, Chris kissed Steve's lips again. As both of them made out a few kisses after that, Chris pulled away for a while to sit on Steve's lap. Once Chris faced Steve while sitting on his lap, both of them continued making out for a few minutes.

A few moments pass, and Chris unbuttoned a few buttons off of Steve's shirt.

Then, he slid both of his hands inside the shirt to squeeze Steve's chest. This caused Steve to pull away from the kiss and start moaning softly. He said, "God, that feels so good, Chris." Chris squeezed Steve's chest a few more times before buttoning back Steve's shirt. After that, Chris and Steve made out again for a few minutes, softly biting each other's lips and slipping their tongues occasionally.

All of a sudden, Steve's hands reached Chris' pants.

As he was about to slide his hands inside Chris' pants to squeeze his ass, Chris pulled away and said, "No... please don't. I... I'm not yet ready." Steve nodded softly and replied, "Alright, then." Chris went back beside the driver's seat after that.

Chris and Steve didn't speak for a few minutes.

Chris stared at the window at this time, while Steve sighed softly to himself. Steve broke the silence shortly after by placing his hand on Chris' left shoulder, then telling him, "I'm really sorry for what I did. I... I got a little carried away."

Chris looked towards Steve afterwards.

He then said, "It's alright, Steve. I'm just... not ready for sexual things yet." Steve pulled Chris closer to him, kissed his forehead, and told him, "Don't worry, Chris. I won't force you to do things you don't want to do, alright? Trust me."

Chris smiled.

Then, Steve asked him, "Do you want to go back to your place now?" Chris nodded and replied, "That'd be great. Thanks, Steve." So, Steve started driving away from the KFC shortly after and asked Chris for directions to his house while on the road.

When both of them arrived, Chris kissed Steve's lips before leaving his car.
