"Jotaro? Hey, you!" Joseph yelled out for his grandson, scratching his behind. "Do you hear me? I can't... wear your pants! You're my size, but the style— are you blind?!"

"Jotarooo!" Holly skipped over to the front door, expecting to see her son there. He wasn't there, though. "Oh dear, he left without my kiss goodbye!" She placed her hand on her cheek as she sighed, looking down. And that's when she noticed it. Jotaro's shoes were still there at the front.
He hadn't left yet.

Avdol explored the long and maze-like hallways before stopping in front of something strange. A single spoon was in the middle of the hallway. He walked up to it and looked into the dark kitchen. It was trashed. The fridge door was wide open which was the only other light in the room, the other being the light coming from the hallway.
A large, calloused hand laid on the floor in the dim light. Avdol ran up to the hand to see Jotaro unconscious on the floor. He was sweating, and he has an expression like he was in pain.
"Jojo! Are you—" Avdol cried as he ran to the boy, picking him up in his arms. "Burning up with a fever?!" He cried, jotaro's skin was hot, and he panted heavily as if he was struggling to breathe.

Avdol laid the boy on his stomach and pulled off his black coat, and from under the boy's green tank top, he could see a faint vine. "I-it can't be! Jojo— has he—!" Avdol reached his hand to the vine and didn't come in contact with anything. "It's transparent! My hand passes through it... yes! It's a stand! Jojo has also gained a stand! But so hot!! This high fever—" Avdol picked him up in his arms again. "The stand is doing damage to him. We were so relieved dios body only affected Mrs. Holly and Mr. Joestar! We thought that Jojo... was fine, but..."

"A stand is controlled by his hosts spiritual force, he's moved by the users fightings extinct!" Avdol talked to himself. "Jotaro has a calm and gentle soul, he couldn't stand a chance against DIO's curse! That's why it became harmful to him! This is serious... if this continues... he'll die! He'll succumb!" He didn't know it though, but both Joseph and Holly were staring down at them.

Holly had a hand up to her mouth, with wide, watering eyes. Joseph stood there menacingly. "J-jotaro..." Holly whimpered.

"Mr. Joestar, Mrs. Holly..." Avdol croaked.
Holly let out a wail as she buried her face in her dads chest. "What... what I feared the most..." Joseph laid his hand on his daughters head," ...happened. My grandson developed a stand!"

"Daddd," Holly cried, looking up at him. "What do we do..? How can we save him!?"
"There is a way..." he said, passing Holly and picking his grandson off the floor. "To find DIO. Undo the curse by killing him. That's the only way! But there's no way to locate him with my ideographs!"
"He's appearing in the shadows," Avdol said, holding the picture. "The background is only darkness. If only we could see what place this is from.... We've analyzed the background with all kinds of computer and technology, but we never found anything..."

"Hey..." Holly spoke up. "You should have told me sooner! I might be able to see where he is!" She gave them peace signs as she took the picture from them. She summoned her stand and he loomed over her, staring at the picture. "Can you see where he is?" She asked her stand.

In the background of the photo, there was a fly. Her stand quickly drew the fly out, and avdol recognized it. Avdul quickly ran to the kujo residence's library.

Jotaro stirred awake in his futon and sat up. "Huh...?" he groaned.
"Honey!" Holly cried. "You're awake!" She leaned over to him and hugged him tightly. "How do you feel?"

"...uh, better?" He winced out because of how tightly she was holding him. "Mom... youre crushing me."
"Oh, sorry." She giggled, letting him go.

"You sure scared us, jotaro." Joseph smiled. "Anyway, its time to brush your teeth."

"I'll do it myself, old man." Jotaro sighed, starting to get up.

"NO!" Holly cried. "Lay down, dont worry about that now... okay?" She had NEVER raised her voice at him before.
"Okay...good grief." He laid back down, but he could just tell its affecting her as much as its effecting him. Then he fell unconcious again.
"I'm sorry, jotaro." She cried. "I don't mean to yell... but dont worry, okay?" She gave him a kiss on the forehead. "I'll make you feel better again. Mommy will be back, okay?"

"Lets go." Avdol stated.
