Reiko Cullen

Chapter 1- I've Arrived

Wow, Forks has really changed! I have to try to fit in by going to the highschool, I'll pass off as a Sophmore. Hopefully. It's in the middle of the year, so I'll be a senior soon!!! I want to hopefully see Edward, my immortal life consists around him and it hurts, which is an understatment, that he's gone for who knows how long. He should be part of the Olympic Coven, as I've heard.

~At School~

"Ouch!" I yell, I got tripped. Again. My first day isn't going well. Although it DIDN'T hurt, I had to act like it did. Who knew how hard it was to act like a human? Or at least attempt to act like one, but by the looks of it, I might as well be a human. Nobody's given me funny looks, which they usually do by now.

~In Biology~

"Why, hello Reiko, I presume you have a note from the office?" I nod to the teacher and hand it to him "Now, Miss Reiko, please sit down my Mr. Cullen over there" he points to an empty seat... Is that actually Edward? I go and sit next to him, and he keeps on looking at me, it's kinda creepy. Like he is right now. I hear hin chuckle, then look away, did I actually speak? He shakes his head telling me no, I think, and that made me realize... He can read minds? He looks at the board then nods, I guess answering me.

~At Lunch~

'Hey, Edward, you hungry? I'll buy you lunch' I think, and he looks at me, shaking his head no. 'Ok then, Edward, you thirsty?' I think, once again, and I look at him and wink, and he probably knows what I mean. He's always been quick. I knew he was thirsty, his eyes are black. He shoots me a surprised glance, and he nods, almost desperate. He gives me a crooked smile. Wow. Breathtaking... He then frowns, forcefully, and I can't help but giggle. I can tell we're going to be good friends.

~Edward's P.O.V~

Wow, Reiko is gorgeous, and, I have a feeling she's a vampire. Or damphir. It seems more like damphir, but does she even know? I keep hearing her thoughts, since after lots of practice, I can focus on one's thoughts. She must know that I'm a vampire myself, and I hope she knows that everything she thinks I can hear. She seems vagually familiar...

~Reiko's P.O.V~

'Well then, Edward, let us go hunt?' He gives me a approving look, must've answered his question he was asking himself. 'Yes, I'm a vampire, Edward Cullen. And, I wonder how Carlisle is doing? I didn't mean to leave him many years ago.' Edward gives me a shocked look, which I'm guessing Carlisle has told him about me. 'What are you waiting for? The animals to come to us?' He breaks out of his trance, must've been thinking long and hard, but I had to let him feed, he must feel uncomfortable around all this human blood scents, as was I, for my eyes were black too.

~Edward's P.O.V~

I just realized that my family were giving me weird looks. Jasper is thinking, about how I'm feeling apparently, and he's telling me I like her, and it's obvious whenever I look at her. I look at him and playfull roll my eyes, and he smiles, knowing he's right. "Excuse me, but I'll be right back." I say, and I bet everyone knew where I was going. With Reiko to hunt.

End of Chapter 1!!! I actually had fun making this, because now I'm thinking of all the books, and how I can put what happens in the books in this. Yes, it's going to be related to the books, kind've, but also the movies!!! Well, I'm going to get started on chapter 2, because I really love how this is going so far!!
