Reiko Cullen

Chapter 6- The Request

~Alice's P.O.V~

I have another vision of Reiko, she's entering Volterra. Edward looks at me, darn he read my mind. I nod, telling him that it was a vision. His face falls, and he looks so depressed I just want to give him a hug.

"What are we waiting for?! Let's go get Reiko!" It was Emmett. Emmett is hard to put into a serious mood, he's always so playful and in the mood for a fight. "Emmett, we will go to Volterra, but as of right now, we have to think of a plan." I say

"No. We go, now!" Edward says. Is he really this attached to her? "Yes I am!! So let's go and get her!" Edward yells, not so directly at me.

~Reiko's P.O.V~

One more step until I'm into the castle... No way am I backinge out now. I have made my decision, and I won't let anyonestop me. Because there will be no one to stop me. Edward would probably be glad if I were to die, so I wouldn't be in the way of Bella and him. I hate this Bella already.

"Hello, you must be Reiko. We've been expecting you." It was Jane who spoke. She knew I was coming? Oh, of couse, Aro's forces. They're always keeping an eye on me, because I was special to them and they wanted me to join them.

"Come" I nod and follow Jane. We go through many twists and turns and we finally go into big wooden doors to find Aro, Cauis and Marcus sitting in 3 chairs, with their protectors surrounding them, besides the front. "Ahh, marvelous! It's spendid to see you here!" Aro says, clapping his hands like a little child. Wow, guess he really likes me.

"Good morrow, Aro" I bow down, I was entitled to treat them like royality, no matter what. Aro shoots me a smile, he loved being bowed at. "Now, Reiko, will you please come here?" I had no choice, it was never a question to be answered the way you wanted, you had to move forward.

"Of course" I walk forward to Aro, and he's still smiling, with those red eyes, seeping into my black ones. I give out my hand, and he grabs onto it and closes his eyes to get all the information he wanted. I am sure he was trying to figure out the Cullens and to see if I decided to join them. He opens his eyes, and his smile disappears. "I see."

~Edward's P.O.V~

My family and I are heading to Volterra, Italy, on a plane, on the search of Reiko. We couldn't let her commit suicide! I look over at Alice. She had another vision. "Tell them" I command to Alice, while everyone is looking at her, knowing she just had a vision.

"They've declined her request. She's going to massecure the whole city" everyone's eyes widen, especially Jasper's. Hez must've felt her pain when we had our conversation, probably our last.

Of course, he loved somebody else, and Alice knew, but acted as if she doesn't exsist. Katelyn Dhamp. She cuts herself, and I know she loves Jasper. I can't say, as for I am blocked from her mind, but by the look on her face, it's obvious whenever they're together. Wait.. I can smell her on the plane, why is she on the plane?

I give Jasper a glance, and gesture him to come to the back of the plane with me. He nods, and we both get out of our sest simotanuously. He hides his face, he must've smelled her too. We go all the way to the back, by the bathrooms. Her scent is stronger right here for some reason.. She must've gone to the bathroom earlier.

We speak about her presence on the plane, and we decide there's no way to hide from her. We then talk about how we're going to get to Reiko in time before she drinks the blood of everyone in town. The door opens, and Katelyn comes out. "R-Reiko, you mean your Reiko?" she looks at me, and if it were possible, Jasper's face could've gone paler. I nod slowly and she looks at Jasper,

"So, pretty much, you know about vampires" it sounded more like a statement, could she know about vampires? I shrug that thought away, and Jasper and I gave eachother a look at the same time. "We do, of course we aren't vampires" Jasper says, he always loses common sense and thought when he's around Katelyn.

I shoot him a death glare and he just shrugs. "So my dream IS true" Katelyn states. What dream? We stay quiet until she continues "My dream, I saw Jasper in the forest and a dead, bloodless animal lay before him... And a wolf came by and yanked his head off, it was like stone..." Her voice trails off into a whisper with ever word she spoke.

"I-It's true" Jasper chokes out, and Katelyn looks at him quickly. Her life is in danger now, she could die. The Volturi will know. They would expect Jasper to change her, with no second chance if it's not done in time. Jasper could sense my shocked emotion, and in an instant he knew what it was for. He knew he would have to change her.

And a new thought appears in his head... Alice will force him not to do it. Katelyn is the one person Alice hates, despises. But I knew Jasper will choose Katelyn, I just know it. They're inseperatable. "You're going to have to do it when we get back" I give him a glare, it was his fault that he said it was true, and she knew now.

"Fine" he sighs, venom starts to fill his eyes, and Katelyn must've thought they were actual tears. She goes up and rubs it off. I quickly notice she has a cut on her finger, and when she takes her hand back she starts going into shock.

"What happened?!" Jasper says, not wanting people to notice. "Your venom entered her system..." I say, lost for words after that. She starts to yelp, not screaming. I quickly cover her mouth "shhh" I say, panic growing into my expression. What are we supposed to do?

Jasper. He would have to suck the venom out of her bloodstream.
