I got off work and went to pick up Kingley from the radio station. To my surprise, both of my sons came out, all smiles and giggles.
"MeMa asked if we were coming to Sunday dinner?" Kingley asked as they got in the back. Devin was silent, but he had a nervous smile on his face that I made a mental note of.
"We'll see baby.... Devin, what you doing down here?"
"Um... I..."
"We ran into each other at Popeyes. I was getting lunch and he was too and whatnot, so he came back to the station with me and we all had lunch together." Kingley spat out quickly
"Is your name Devin?" I asked Kingley
"No..."
"I didn't think so" I smiled, "Devin can talk for himself. Go ahead baby"
"Um... Yeah pretty much everything he said" Devin chuckled nervously. In my rearview mirror I peeped Kingley placing his free hand on Devin's knee, in somewhat of a comforting gesture. It led me to believe there was more to the story, but I wasn't there. So I'll leave it alone for now, because everything done in the dark will come to the light!
Just like Raheem still going to see that Korean hoe, Loretta. Talking about she's just helping him out, I bet she IS! And as long as she's "helping him out" Mrs. Jones gone STAY missing.
In my rearview mirror, I saw King whispering in Devins ear, which made Devin scream out with "SHUT THE FUCK UP BITCH! GOT DAMN!!"
"Why you acting so bitchy for?" King giggled which infuriated Devin even more. I shook my head and had flashbacks of myself arguing with Raheem. That was a big mistake because my hormonal ass started crying like a bitch🤦 Damn pregnancy!

Kingleys eyes popped open like a deer in headlights and Devin turned his head like the Citi Trends we passed was so interesting all of a sudden. Sneaky asses!
