Rose pov
A long night with no sleep does the body terribly. My wall is decorated with everything I have on each of my targets, different colored paper for different things sticky notes for random but relevant facts. My room is a mess from me starting to sort out my to go bag, my sons needed things already packed and all his new important documents fresh off the printer thanks to Anthony.
Dropping onto the bed on top of the mountain of clothes I pull up the track app I've thanked myself for investing in before seeing the trio at some restaurant, Rio at a car wash, Chris at his office and those three new fbi agents at their hotel, in the same room. Dean is still in jail sad story for him honestly not his fault his wife is a criminal. I should bail him out just out of spite but I'm not because I know this is putting her on edge and I like just the simple fact of that.
I can just end this all, when none of them expect it, go and live my life how I want it-
And the phone calls start, I press accept sitting up.
Me:What's up Mark?
Mark:I got that bird you wanted.
I look around my room before getting up, my shoes already on. I grab my necessities before heading to my car.
Me:Drop the location then man.
Mark:317 N Austin, I got everything you need.
Me:Good looking out.
We hang up and I reverse out of my park before heading to the bar. I can't believe I really let these women drag me into so much drama when I just wanted to be down low and make my money but no that's not how that works. When I pull up a block from the bar I park around the side before getting out my work in my purse as I make it to the back of the apartment complex across from it. Slipping up to the apartment that mark sent I slowly Jimmy the lock before creeping in, I hear the man in the back, I slowly make it to the kitchen where he's posted, gun aimed at the bar, I slowly aim and before he can fully turn his head at the shift in his peripheral I'm letting three off into his head. As he falls into the table I walk over and grab his burner and regular phone before grabbing my tools getting to work on his body, I grab my zip locks and drop each item into one before leaving heading to his bar across the street. As I make it inside I see him and Tino talking, his buddy smacks at his arm and nods to me, his eyes drag across my body as I slip in next to him, I kiss his cheek and smile, I see a emotion flash across his face before he stones it and takes a drink before looking at me.
Rio:What you want Rose?
Me:I can't just come and visit my favorite baby daddy?
Rio:I'm your only baby daddy. What do you want?
I smile and lean against his arm and smile grabbing his hand he tightens the grip and I move my face closer to his ear before speaking lowly.
Me:I got you a little gift, you know to show my intentions. Where my head is about everything.
He leans back to look at me before I raise an eyebrow and smile he nods to Tino and he gets up I wave to him before we leave to his car once we get inside I reach into my purse and pull out the zip lock tossing it to his lap, he jumps and curses me out about the shit but I roll my eyes.
Rio:When the fuck did you do this? He was just-Are you fucking crazy?! What if someone saw you?
Me:So? What are they gonna say? They seen me kill someone who had a rifle in a abandoned building aiming at a bar? Yeah that'll send me to the top of the list for interpol.
