My Memory is Back

I have been home for a month, Billy, Alex, and Nick have been acting like everything is normal. I woke up and stretched, I was thinking of what has happened when a memory came back to me.

Flashback

Billy said, "Aqua this is serious, what you are doing could kill you." I said "I know. I just don't know why you guys care, no one ever cared about me before aside from Bella." Alex said, "Because your life matters, you matter. Yes, your mother cheated on Charlie with me, and yes I was also in the wrong because I knew and was friends with them. But that should not be blamed on you. You are the result of it, not the reason for it. Renee is wrong for making you think you're the problem."

Billy said, "Aqua before you leave." I turned to face him, he was with the tall cute guy that was staring at me. Billy said, "I wanted you to meet my nephew, this is Nicholas." The guy rolled his eyes, "It's Nick, Uncle B. It's a pleasure to meet you Aqua." he held his hand out I assumed to shake mine so I placed mine in his, and instead, he kissed the back of my hand. I said "It's nice to meet you, Nick. Uh Billy I didn't know you had a sibling." Billy said, "I have three sisters, my older sister is named Nora, and I have three younger sisters Jennie, Connie, and Nicholas's mom Emmie." I said, "That's cool."

Nick smiled at me "I hope we meet again." I smiled back "Im sure we will." I was trying not to blush but I think I failed because Alex pulled me away and said "Smooth, Aqua, real smooth." he opened my car door and I got in saying "I can't help it, he is super cute." Alex said, "My sweet daughter, keep in mind you are only 17 and he is 20." I said "I'll be 18 in September." he sighed "Don't remind me, I can't believe you are almost an adult. Now, go home, ill follow you."

Charlie said, "You weren't supposed to know." I said "Obviously. But how long did you guys think you could keep this a secret?" he said "I don't have time for this. Bella, get inside." Bella and I shared a look so he held open the front door and said "Isabella Marie!" she glanced at me so I nodded and she sighed but went inside. Charlie walked in after her, closed the door and I heard the locks click. I sighed "I think you should go." he said, "Im not leaving you here alone." I crossed my arms as he pulled me into a hug and I said "I'll be fine, he'll let me back in soon." Alex said "Come on, Aqua." and opened his passenger door. I said "Alex..." he said "Aqua, he locked you out. I am not leaving you out here, Im not asking you to stay with me if you don't want to. I'll take you to Billy's since you know him." I sighed but got in the car and looked up at Bella staring at me from the window.

 I said "Don't worry Sam, I would never dream of it. God, if he was interested in me then I would be in heaven." Sam said, "He is though." I shook my head disagreeing with him "He can't be, he can have any girl he wants, he is smart, kind, cute, protective... at least I think so given his response to Paul's comment. What I mean is he can choose anyone. Why me?" I jumped as I felt arms wrap around my waist and his words whisper in my ear "Because Aqualyn there is no one better than you. You are smart, beautiful, caring, and the most beautiful woman I have ever seen."

Sam had disappeared at some point, I turned in his arms and said "Is there something you want to say to me Nicholas Black?" he looked down at me and said, "I am falling for you, Aqualyn Swan." I said "Are you sure it's me you want? Remember I got problems." he said "One thousand percent. You are who I want forever." I sighed "What about Billy? He took me in, how would he feel? I mean we live under the same roof." Nick said, "He will be ok with it." I said "You know what, let's talk about this later. The sun is out, the water is gorgeous and we are on a beach. Let's enjoy it." he said "Ok but first, Emily told me what you two talked about so I went and got this." he held up a bag, I stepped away from him and opened the bag. Inside was a swimsuit, but not one that I own. I looked up at him and he said "I uh... I didn't want to go through your things, but Emily said you wished you brought one so I bought you one."

I was confused "You bought me something because I wanted it?" he said "Yes, why do you seem confused?" I said "Well because everything I own I had to get myself including clothes and school supplies. No one has bought me anything since I was like 8." he said, "Well this... getting things just because you want them is something you are going to have to get used to because I am going to spoil you." I blushed and looked at the water "You don't have to." he said "I know, but I want to. I also want to do this." he cupped my chin and turned my head to face him, then he was surprised me as he captured my lips in a kiss. God, it was like fireworks, and I melted. Anything I was worried about, Billy caring, my parents and their hate, my mother's infidelity, everything faded away and all I felt was passion, love, and like nothing else mattered at this moment but for me and Nick at this moment, on this beach. He pulled away and I was out of breath, but I felt so at peace that I never thought I could ever feel.

End Flashback

I was pulled out of my thoughts by a knock on the door, I said "Come in!" Nick opened the door and said "Good morning Aqua." I said "Morning, hey Nick?" he said "What?" I thought back to my memory of our first meeting and said "Do you remember when we met?" he said, "Very well." I said "It wasn't my best first impression." he sat down and said, "Did you remember something?" I nodded and said "Yeah, a few memories came back this morning." he said "So you remember when we met, what else came back?" he was fishing, I think he was hoping I remember our kiss so I said "I remember our meeting, Charlie locking me out, Alex and Billy actually caring about me." he said "Anything else?" I thought about it then said "Oh I did remember one more thing." he said "Yeah? Whats that?" I said "This." I sat up on my knees and kissed him. Immediately he placed one hand on my hip and the other wrapped in my hair as he kissed back. 

I pulled back to breathe and said "I remember that I love you, Nickolas Black." he said "I love you too Aqualyn." he wrapped his arms around me in a tight hug as a knock sounded at the door, Nick said, "Come in." Alex opened the door and said, "How are you doing today baby girl?" I said "Really good." Alex said, "What did I miss?" I said "I have my memories back, they came back this morning." he held his arms open so I escaped Nick and hugged Alex, having him in my life has been amazing. He doesn't approve of me and Nick but that's because Nick is 20 and I'm still 17, but other than that he likes Nick rather well. This last month he has spent almost every day here getting to know me, and I have been getting to know him too. When Charlie comes to visit Billy I go to the Cullens to avoid him I also see Carlisle every week due to the accident. Alex said, "We are all going out to dinner, so get dressed." And sure enough, Alex took us all to dinner that night where we laughed and talked and... we're just a family."
