On an unnamed island in the Southern Seas stood a tall blue circular tower adorned with horizontal lines and topped with a rounded yellow roof. Multi-colored lights shone below the roof, complemented by an antenna. Inside, the base featured spiral circular corridors surrounding its main structure.
At the core was a generator room that powered the fortress. The sole inhabitant, Dr. Eggman, had just returned from a battle with Sonic and his team, nursing injuries and unable to work. He began jotting down plans to defeat Sonic, hoping to strategize further during his recovery. His assistant entered, bringing him a delicious breakfast in bed and a journal containing his grandfather's ideas.
"What is it this time, Decoe?" Grumbled Eggman.
His robot assistant came and started, "//When you were fighting Sonic, Doc. I had decided to hack into the government's confidential file, I looked up the secret organization G.U.N. and found this journal, belonging to your grandfather.//"
Dr. Eggman eagerly finished his breakfast, raised his hands, and shouted, "Give it to me!" Following his command, Cubot, holding the item, rolled over, allowing Dr. Eggman to snatch his grandfather's journal. The robots left him alone in his chambers for privacy as he read intently. Once he finished, a brilliant idea sparked in him, revitalizing his creativity.
After relishing his discovery, he chuckled evilly, saying, "Ohohohoho, you are a genius!" He slaps the journal page in joy: "An ultimate lifeform formula. How enticing! But first, get me out of the medical room so I can create a more powerful version of myself, one no one can defeat. We've got work to do."
7 months later...
"Now, for the last touch." Dr. Eggman shouted, "Cubot, initiate the Ultimate Power formula!" His droids obeyed his command and started electrocuting the place like no other, the pod started glowing for 5 hours until it dimmed down as it opened to reveal a black hedgehog with blue quills, and no clothes on.
Dr. Eggman quickly identified the figure as a girl and a devious smirk spread across his large, bushy mustache. He promptly instructed his robots to cover her. The black hedgehog collapsed onto her knees, shivering from the cold floor. Cubot swiftly brought a blanket and wrapped it around her, to which she promptly thanked him.
This unexpected gratitude brought a rare smile to Cubot's robotic face, much to Dr. Eggman's disapproval. As the fog cleared, the girl could finally see her creators, prompting her to tilt her head before she spoke.
"Hello?" The female hedgehog with blue quills was slightly confused but continues, "Where am I?"
"You are in my secret lair, young one."
"Oh, I see..."
"Anyways, experiment R-2, behold, and WELCOME to my lab!"
With Sonic's team.....
"It's been 7 months since we battled Dr. Eggman, wonder what he's up to?"
Tails pointed out, before continuing to fix his plane as Amy, Cream & cheese decided to take out a board game of checker, "Heh, probably got tired and started to admit his defeat but, hey we got time for games, right? Who's with me?"
Sonic immediately speeds inside the place, and joins in playing checkers with Amy & Cream while the other half are doing their normal routine, in the end, Chris goes back inside to join everyone for lunch. Little did they know that his wish was coming true...Real soon~.
