(Zach's POV)
It's been 3 days since Ellie almost caught me wandering around the warehouse. Hindi na tuloy ako makapasok ng basta-basta doon for my investigation because of that so I have to halt all of it for now.
On my way home, napadaan ako sa isang bagong bukas na candy store. All their stuff is pretty appetizing kaya naisipan kong bumili for the twins. I can't explain but when I saw those candies, it reminded me of them and somehow it excites me to buy it for them.
Instead na umuwi, dumiretso ako sa bahay nila Ellie and I found them playing in the garden with their yaya.
I called them then they immediately ran to me. Agad ko namang binigay ang mga binili ko para sakanila.
"Is Ellie around?" Tanong ko sa yaya ng mga bata.
"Hindi pa po nakakauwi sir." She said habang inaalalayang mag drawing si Chloe, si Chris naman ay busy sa kanyang lego.
"Kumusta naman tong mga bata? Hindi ba nila hinahanap ang daddy nila?" Tanong ko sakanila.
"Okay naman po sila at sanay na po sila na walang Daddy" sagot pa nya.
Is Daniel really that busy to take care of his kids?
Ilang sandali while playing with the kids, dimating naman ang Daddy ni Ellie.
"Zach, what are you doing here?" He asked while unbottoning his sleeves.
"Naisipan ko lang po mapadaan for them" sagot ko pa't pinakita ang ang mga dala ko.
"Napalapit kana rin pala sa mga batang to... so why not join us for dinner?" Pagyaya pa niya but Lilly's here.
" Hindi na po sir, I need to go home, Lilly's waiting"
"Nakabalik na pala ang kapatid mo from the States,"
"Yeah but I don't know why she came this time." Kapag nandito kasi sya, she only hangs around with Drake.
"Baka naman kasi ay nagustuhan niya na ang Pilipinas" dagdag pa niya and I totally agree with it.
Ilang sandali ay dumating nadin si Ellie at agad naman siyang binati ng mga bata.
"Look Mommy, uncle brought this!" sabi pa ni Chris and I thought magagalit si Ellie but I think she didn't mind.
"Did you say thank you to uncle Zach?" She asked at sabay naman nag-oo ang dalawa.
"Good job! You both deserve a kiss" she said at tuwang-tuwa naman ang mga bata.
"I just hope that Ellie will stay for good, mamimiss ko talaga ang ganito kapag babalik na sila sa Thailand" her father whispered.
He's right but I can't make Ellie stay anymore because I know that she's already living her life in Thailand.
Ilang sandali...
"Stay with yaya for now, may gagawin pa si Mommy" she said at agad naman bumalik ang mga bata sa ginagawa nila.
"Zach can I talk to you?" She ask and I just nodded then I immediately followed her to her father's study.
"Anong gusto mong pag-usapan?" Tanong ko kaagad then she immediately laid some pictures on the table. Yung mga pictures na nakuha niya sa warehouse.
"You might've seen this man," she said and I pretended to look in the pictures.
"I wish I had but I wasn't there when it happened" I said.
"Not in the warehouse, maybe somewhere else?"
"How can I know when your photos only has his back?" Sagot ko nalang.
