Part 10 love story

I could hear the waves crashing against the sides of the boat making it sway side to side giving me the shivers as I qued up in line for a ticket.I didn't notice but I was clenching Jamie's hand with all of my strength as he squeezed my hand back as if he were frightened.As we boarded the ship he hugged me tightly his hands firmly placed on my shoulder blades creasing my dress.I gradually pulled away but kept one arm round his shoulders.

This was love without talking.

"This way miss......your room,"The gentleman said as he pointed at a large door to my left.I could just see Jamie walk in into the small door to the left of my room.

I slowly walked in gazing at the magnificent glass chandeliers hanging down from the high ceilling. A pink cushioned sofa stood by the beach window that looked out onto the clear blue sea.I could hear loud talking outside which gave me a sense of comfort.

I perched on the sofa edge and slipped my red shoes off my bare slim feet as they were giving me blisters on my ankles.after I started to unpack the very little I brought with me ,my toiletries,clothing,shoes,swimwear and nightwear.
