Chapter 6

A/N I'm ALIVE! Sorry for being m.i.a for so long but I got sucked into other stories. You know how it is. I also have my family to take care of and a house to keep clean. Life you know. Kaiya's POV

When my dad came close to hitting the ground we watch as he turns into a log.

'I saw that coming. Seriously, do they honestly think that my dad would let his guard down at all, even for a second?'

'Another substitution jutsu. And now he knows where I am. Gotta move.'

'Oh please. My dad knew where you were from the start.'

I walk over to where Sakura is crawling out from under the bush she was hiding in.

"Yo!" She shrieks then covers her mouth.

"Why are you here? And don't sneak up on me!"

I stuck my pinky in my ear to get rid of the ringing. "Geez you're loud. Anyway I was just wondering if you wanted to team up. If all 4 of us attack at once then we could get the bells."

"Why would I team up with you? But that is a good idea. I'll go find Sasuke to team up with."

I watch as she runs off into the forest to look for Sasuke. Rolling my eyes at the love sick fool I do a few hand signs. "Shadow clone jutsu!" Two clones of myself pop up in front of me. I point to the one on the right "You follow Sakura. And you (points to the one on the left) follow Sasuke. I'll stay here and talk to Naruto."

They nod in understanding and take off into the trees after Sakura and the boy who unfortunately has her affections.

'Never thought I would feel sorry for that arrogant ass.' I shake my head and turn towards Naruto who is still hanging from the tree.

POV of clone that follows Sasuke

'I thought he lowered his guard. But he did that on purpose and I fell for it.'

I follow after Sasuke while listening to his thoughts. I highly doubt that he will change his mind about working together. I slow down when I hear my dad's thoughts.

'So that's where he is. Hmhmhm.'

POV of clone that follows Sakura

'Sasuke, where did you go? Don't tell me Kakashi-sensei found you? No, he can't capture my Sasuke. I won't let him.'

'Like you would be able to stop him. You haven't seen anything yet. You just don't know the extent of his abilities. Dumb twit.'

All of a sudden she stops and ducks behind a bush. 'Phew. He didn't hear me. I'm safe.'

I stop in a tree and watch as my dad sneaks up behind her.

"Psst. Sakura, behind you."

"Huh." She turns and sees dad. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!" I quickly cover my ears. 'Damn this girl is way to fucking loud!'

My dad's head snaps toward me with narrowed eyes. 'Opps, did I accidentally connect our minds?' He nods slightly. I hang my head and sigh. 'At least I was only thinking it and not saying it out loud.' His eyes narrow even more, then he smiles and poofs away.

Back to Kaiya

"A ninja must see through deception. Yeah, yeah. How am I supposed to do that? Well I not falling for anymore of his traps."

I watch as Naruto leans up and cuts the rope holding him and flips around landing on his feet. I'm about to step out when he gets trapped and is once again hanging from the tree. I want to laugh but now is not the time.
