I was wearing a nice outfit that Lily helped me get together. I had on a nice button-down shirt. A black tailcoat that hung almost to the ground. A black pair of pants. And a nice polished pair of black dress shoes. She had helped me comb my hair back into a nice french braid.
Lily on the other hand was wearing a maid's dress and apron. Her stockings went all the way up her legs and her shoes were nice and polished. Her hair was pulled back into a tight bun. We both were wearing our chokers to show that Michael and Lily owned us.
I had only one visible hickey, but the choker and the collar of the shirt covered it.
Lily and I each stood at the entrance of the building, just waiting to open the door for the two to walk up. Once they were almost at the door, I opened it and greeted them. I almost forgot what to say because I was too distracted by their beauty.
The man was wearing a white suit and his hair was slicked back. Everything was so neat and nothing was out of place. He was holding a cane and just looked around at everything as he entered the building.
The woman that was holding onto his arm was wearing a nice tight dress that hung to her feet. It was a beautiful white dress and I could see a pair of heels that matched it. Her hair was pulled back into a tight bun.
When I closed the door and looked up at the stairs, I could see Michael and Dina coming down them.
Michael wore a white suit and his hair was pulled back. He looked stressed, but he didn't show it as much.
Dina was wearing a shorter dress that hung to about her knees and her hair was pulled back into a braided bun.
"Michael, Dina," the woman smiled as she stretched her arms out.
"Mother," Michael whispered as he hugged the woman.
"How have you two been?" The woman said as she wrapped her arms around Dina.
"We're alright, Mother," Dina responded.
"I see that you two got a couple of pets," the man said as he looked at me and Lily.
"Yes, sir," Michael said as he snapped his fingers.
I knew that he meant for me to go over to him, so I did and I just stood next to Michael.
"This is Wilbur," Michael said as he moved me in front of his father.
Michael's father was a tall man as well and he had such a serious look in his eyes.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, sir," I said as I looked at him, then at the woman. "Madam. It's a pleasure to meet the both of you."
"Not only is he formal, but he's British," the woman said as she walked over to me and lifted my chin. "Your parents raised you well. I would love to meet them."
"Thank you, ma'am," I smiled. "They would've loved to meet you too if they were still with us."
"I'm sorry to hear that dear," the woman said as she pulled me in for a hug.
I just glanced at Michael and he was as confused as I was.
"How long ago was this dear?" The woman asked. "And how did it happen?"
"They were killed by a group of demons about 4 years ago," I responded as I stood up straight. "My brother was too young to remember, but I have their death playing on repeat."
"How old are you and where is your brother?" The woman asked.
"18, ma'am," I said. "My brother went missed about a few weeks ago and I haven't been able to find him since."
"We can tell you if he's dead or not if you just give us his name," the woman smiled.
"Mother," Michael tried to cut in, but I was too fast.
"George!" I exclaimed. "He's a 7-year-old boy with platinum blonde hair and baby blue eyes."
"I don't recall knowing of a boy with that name," the woman said as she looked at her husband.
"He's still alive," the man said.
"Thank you," I smiled as I backed up towards Michael.
"Please, follow me this way to the living room," Lily said as she stepped in the middle of everyone.
As we walked to the living room, Michael placed his hand on my back for just a second to show that everything was okay.
In the living room, I stood by the door as Lily served the drinks. Michael's father snapped his fingers and I was called to be by his side.
"Yes, sir?" I asked.
"Go and make us something to eat if that isn't too hard for you," the man snapped.
"Anything, sir," I responded as I left the room.
While in the kitchen, I started to make some snacking trays as I started dinner. I took the trays out to everyone and told them that dinner would be ready in about an hour and I retreated into the kitchen.
About 20 minutes went by and I could hear movement behind me. When I turned to look, my heart about stopped when I could see 2 taller demons standing there. I screamed for help, but one of them covered my mouth and the other pulled something out of its pocket. It was a bomb. I was freaking out at this point, hoping that no one would come in, but that didn't happen. Michael was the first one in and when he saw me being held back by some demons, he about lost it. He pulled out his sword, but the demon pulled out a knife and held it to my throat.
"Back off or he dies," the demon with the knife snapped.
"LET GO OF HIM!" Michael screamed.
"Just leave the bomb and let's go!" The demon snapped as he started to pull me towards the window.
The other demon just dropped the bomb and jumped out the window. The demon that was holding me, dragged me out of the window and just started to fly away. I had tears rolling down my face as I reached out for Michael. As he was about to take off after me, his father grabbed him and wouldn't let him go. As I was almost out of sight, I could see tears streaming down his face and I could just hear him scream my name. I felt like I was gonna be sick in that instant and I just stopped flailing.
