I opened my eyes to find myself facedown on a desk. I was less shocked to find myself there as I was to see a small, red flicking light beneath my sleeve.
What the hell?
I rolled up my sleeve to see a black Monokuma wristband with his red eye symbol. The light stopped flickering. I tried to take it off and it flashed again.
...I definitely don't remember that from the game.
I stood up off the chair and looked around the classroom. It was an ugly yellow color with a fire hydrant and recycle bin in the corner. On the desk behind me was a white envelope. I tore it open.
"Hello Y/n L/n, and welcome to your new school life! From now on, this school will be your new world. Please turn over a new leaf, and do not take off your wristband.
P.S. Do not leave, or disclose any unknown information with your classmates, the wristband will punish you accordingly."
Well damn, that throws telling Mikako everything out the window...
I hid the envelope in my pocket, it would not be pretty if someone found it...even if it gave me a good reason to not commit murder.
But what does it mean the wristband will punish me? Will I blow up or be injected with poison? Either way, I don't wanna find out...
I opened the door into the hallway.
"Y/n! Found you, too!" Akane exclaimed with Yuki by her side.
"Um...what happened?"
"We're going to discuss the situation together. Everyone's at the entrance. Follow me." Akane headed to the entrance and Yuki and I struggled to follow her.
"A-Akane! Wait! Crap, what's going on...!" Yuki exclaimed.
"Calm down, we should just follow Akane for now, we'll discuss everything in a few." I motioned him to follow me.

"Yuki! Y/n! You're both here. Come on over." Akane called to us as we entered together.
"Guys, what happened?" Yuki asked, again.
"W-We dunno either... we've just gathered now." Teruya explained.
"Now that Y/n and Yuki came, let's put together the situation." Tsurugi stated.
"Put together?" Yuki repeated.
"Yeah, what you wanted to do this whole time." I reminded him.
"We all lost consciousness as well." Kanata said.
"And we were here when we woke up..." Akane continued.
"We talked a little before you both came and found out we all experienced the same thing." Ayame finished.
"So all of us passed out at the same time, and ended up in this strange place? I that even possible?"
"Duh, that's why it happened!" Mitch rolled his eyes.
"First, we should find out where this is.." Kakeru looked around.
"This kind of interior... isn't it obviously a school?" Haruhiko wondered.
"Is it Hope's Peak!?" Kiyoka realized.
"Really!? Then isn't there no need to worry!?" Satsuki exclaimed, looking relieved.
