Y/N'S POV

"I want to draw you like how I draw my French girls."

I stood up, smacked his shoulder and shouted hushedly.

"Yah! Are you crazy??!!"

My sudden outburst sent Jeongguk groaning to the floor. My punch was weak. It was like smacking a pillow on his hard biceps. Ineffective.  But Jeongguk loved to be overdramatic. I watched him whining to the 'pain' whilst there were muffled laughs and spilt gasps in the background. We sure did a whole drama in that studio - from soft smut to sitcom romance.

"Why?" He whined interlaced with the less painful cry. "Don't you want to be the Rose to my Jack?" He joked.

"Oh yes. Why not." I crossed my arm.  "I'll be delighted to have you drown in the North Atlantic ocean while I go and marry someone else." I retorted with bad humour, overlooking how his expression faltered and his muscle stiffened.

"You are crazy Jeongguk." I picked up my bag and made a step to flee from the scene after having enough of his playful antics for the day. But Jeongguk's soft hand grab ceased my effort.

"Hey,"  He whispered. I peered over my shoulder and saw his soft doe eyes shadowed with regrets. "I'm sorry." He softly muttered. "I have made you uncomfortable. I just want you to be more confident. But I got a little bit caught up. I'm sorry." He repeated with a downcast look.

I hated when he do that. Because I know how easily I can forgive him with that act alone. But deep down, I knew he was sincere with his apologies. The soft caressing of his thumbs on my hand, anticipating my reply as our gazes transfixed on each other. I let out a sigh.

"You really caught me by surprise."

Jeongguk kept his head down, acknowledging his mistake and greed for more intimacy. But I know his need and I know my limit. Our personality collides like the sea meets the land. I have offered him my love and loyalty and he returned back with the same amount of love, commitment and understanding.

But, he can be crazy sometimes. No doubt.

"Next time, don't go overboard," I mumbled, enough to have Jeongguk bounce back in happiness.

"Next time? There will be a next time?" I nodded. Of course, there will be more lunch boxes for him. But that privilege will be revoked if he behaved 'unpredictably controversial' like that again.

"Love, make me ten buckets of Ramyeon, I would be happy to let you feed me!" I raised an eyebrow. "O-of course, I can just eat one bite... and no more making out with the spoon. I'll behave. Promise."

"Hmm. Much better." Maybe I can feed him, offered him a spoon. But nothing beyond any engagement of seductive act. That will be out of the limit - for now.

"We're good?" He asked and I nodded.

I sat down again with him and we ate together. I felt more comfortable, just like any casual dates we had outside of campus. But what made it better was we shared everything. Food does taste good when we share it with the people with love.

We finished our lunch date before my afternoon class. I stared at the shiny clean Tupperware, with no leftovers. Staring back at Jeongguk's face, he looked full and happy.

I pushed my knee to get up, readjust the tote bag strap and ready to head to the film department.

"Thanks for the food. It was delicious." Jeongguk stood and caressed my forearm length up and down. Hearing his compliment over his blinding smile made me reach a new level of Nirvana.
