CHAPTER 15 ˡᵒᵛᵉ

- Walton's House -
Jaden's POV

It's 6:30 am and I woke up to Lexi trying to snuggle up by my arm. I gotten up and picked her up and she automatically put her legs around my waist and her arms around my neck.  I carry her up to my room and lay her on my bed and tucked her in, moved her hair out of her way and tucking it behind her ears and before I go I give her a quick peck on her forehead. and I decided to start my day!

- couple hours later -
Lexi's POV

I wake up hearing the water running from a shower and I look around and turns out I was in Jaden's room. I grabbed my phone and looked at the time and currently it was 9:00 am and Jaden came out in a green shirt with his school name in it with some black nike shorts. "Morning ma" he says grinning ear to ear now that I'm awake "morning J!" I smile as well. He comes over and lays on my stomach "you know I have 2 games today?!" He said happy "really when?" I ask fully listening "I already had one and my next one is at 7:00pm!" He tells me "you already had one?!" I say shocked "yeah?.." he says a bit confused "I missed it jay!!" I say a bit upset "but that's okay you were sleepy" he says so carefully "aw jay I'm so sorry.." I say feeling bad "it's fine! My love needs her beauty sleep" he says smiling "gosh, sometimes I forget how lucky I am" I say as we pull into a hug "no, I'm lucky.." he says. He pulls away from the hug and lifts my chin so I look at him "your my first ever 𝓰𝓲𝓻𝓵𝓯𝓻𝓲𝓮𝓷𝓭 that hasn't used me for mine, Javon or Jayla's fame, I really care for you lex, I really, really, do, 𝓲 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓵𝓮𝔁𝓲." He says then kisses me and I kiss back..the kiss was passionate and not rushed like our other kisses, I liked it. 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐈 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐲.

it's now 6:00pm we all had just finished dinner and it is now time for Jaden's 2nd ballgame. We were all ready and got into the car, I sat next Jaden. I stare at Jaden as he watched tiktoks and gosh how handsome he is, the way his nose lays on his face or the way his hair covers his forehead 🙄😂. We arrived at the ball domain and I helped Jaden carry one of his bags, he had one bag with his glove, helmet, bat and more while the other bag had all his catcher gear. I walk into the dugout with Jaden and all his teammates greeted me and were respectful! After meeting them Jaden gives me and hug and before we pull away I give him a quick kiss on the cheek "good luck love!" I whispered a bit in his ear and I leave him blushing and smiling ear to ear as his friends 'ooo' him and playfully teasing him.

Jaden is a catcher..being a catcher is one of the most important players on defense as they are involved in every play. As the name of position implies, the main job of the catcher is to catch the pitch. Many catchers are experts at catching a pitch though it's most likely to be a strike. In my opinion I think Jaden is one of the 'experts' when it comes to being a catcher cause he catches every ball, leads positively, controls the pace of the game, he works intelligently with the pitcher to produce desirable results, he also uses great pitch framing! He definitely is my favorite baseball player :))

So far the game was going great, Jaden was catching strikes almost all game and sadly it is the last inning and Jaden was up to bat, before Jaden stepped into the 'batting box' she he drew a 'L' in the dirt with his bat..for me <33

"GOO JADEN!!" I cheer, then Jaden hits the ball and it goes flying over to left field "YEAHH JADEN GOO!" I cheered and turns out he got a double! turns out Jaden scored our last point and we won the game!! (17-9)  and him and his team came into the dugout and I ran up him "good job jay! That hit was amazing!" I say happily "all for you ma" he grins and puts his baseball cap on my head and we walk to the car.

Jaden and I made Javon take pictures of us before we left, but when we got to the car Jaden asked "Uh so, how how comfortable are you with telling our parents about us?" and I took a bit of a long response "I'm comfortable!" I say confident "okay well I was think maybe we could tell them tomorrow?" He asks me "Of course jay!" I say "alright ma" he says while kissing my head.
