CHAPTER 6

Lexi's POV

Me and Jaden are still "cuddling" as Ava called it and Jaden is asleep on me as l open tiktok and I didn't realize my volume was all the way up and it starts playing full blast "fuck Lex" he groans moving closer into my neck "sorry jaden," I say moving my hand over his head and he starts to full back asleep. Then my mom calls me waking him up again "what the actual fuck," he groans "sorry but it is 2:00 pm and your still trying to sleep!" I say "bruh just answer the call so I can go back to sleep!" He says in a raspy voice. The call was mostly just my mom asking if I needed anything and to see if I was okay still, but once I hung up the phone I went to get up "Lexi" "Yea?" "stay." I slowly lay back down as he snuggled closer so he was comfortable. What he said to me completely lit a spark in my stomach, my heart was beating fast which I was scared he was gonna notice due to his head laying close to my chest. Sooner or later I fell asleep with Jaden snoring.

Jaden's POV

I got up from my bed feeling sweaty from sleeping for so long,I went to go look for my phone but couldn't find it so I grabbed Lexi's to look at the time. There was lots of snaps from people when I noticed one from Aiden and his name on snap was "Aiden💗" now I wasn't a big fan of Lexi she is like my sister but she is fine for sure, I was low-key jealous maybe she didn't like me or find me attractive(?). I sit her phone down and walk down stairs.

Lexi's POV

I wake up and see Jaden isn't next to me and it's currently 3:15 pm. I walk down stairs and see Jaden eating pancakes and bacon, I go and sit next to Jaden "Would you like some?" Jessica asked me "Thanks for the offering but no thank you." I use my manners, jaden gave me a weird look "mhm?" I say "nothing.." he replied. "Hey guys Cookie has a Volleyball match wanna go?!" Dj asked everyone. Ofc everyone said yes and got into the car.

*btw Jayla and her Vball team took a bus there*

For some reason I think that Jaden is mad at me and I can't tell why though. "Wanna play iMessage games with me?!" I ask Jaden "nah you cheat." He said and for some reason he sounded emotionless, I shrugged it off and just looked at the window while listening to mine and Jaden's playlist that we had made at 3:00 am last night. Now of having the thought of Jaden in my head gave me butterflies and I just smile to myself. After about 15 minutes I got bored and went on Snapchat and I was responding to one of Aiden's text when a notification of Jaden popped up I go to look at it but half slid the it so that way he didn't know that I saw it and it was a text saying "your kinda fine ngl" I was so fucking confused then he deleted it so I responded "?" "wrong person" that was it my heart dropped I was sad you know I thought he liked me so I just left him on open.

Jaden's POV

We all walked in the building and saw Jayla and her team there was this fine girl on Jayla's team and we were holding eye contact. After all that happened we got seats for everyone and I was next to Javon which on the other side of him was Lexi and I couldn't help but notice Lexi looked off.

It was mid game and both teams were tied and then Jayla got the final score! Everyone cheered for her but Lexi stayed quiet and her eyes looked glossy..

Lexi's POV

We all were sitting back down in the car and Jayla had to ride with us this time so she just sat in the middle of me and jaden. "Javon wanna play iMessage games?" Jaden asked him
"Nah my phone died" "Jayla?" "Nah I'm good" he literally asked everyone BUT ME. I had noticed Jaden had been checking out this girl from Jayla's volleyball team and then again I felt jealous and the text omg that basically ripped me into shreds. We arrived back at the Walton's home. "Hey Jessica my mom is on her way!" "Okay sweetie!" I go to Jaden's room but before I go in I knock...I knocked again I have knocked 3 times and no answer so I just walk in. I walk and he was in the bathroom showing and his phone was on, I walk over to the side of the bed I slept on before I bent down I saw that he was on ft with a girl..the girl from Jayla's team. I grabbed my stuff and realized I forgot my some of my stuff in the bathroom, I knocked and no answer fuck it. I walked and regretted it "BRO-" "OMG IM AM SO SORRY!" I yell, he was wearing a towel "look I just gotta grab my stuff real quick." I say quickly trying to grab them "what?, why are you leaving?" "I-uh" "Lexi." "Yes?" "Are you okay?" I was just done with him and walked out "LEXI!" I just keep walking and walk outside and into the car.
