So it's the next day and after school I went straight to the library. I texted Dae right after class so we could meet up around 4pm.

"Meet me at the library around 4pm." - Jackielyn
"Ok I'll see you then." - Dae
I drive my way to the library which is only 3 mins away from our school. Going inside the library I start to find a table for me and Dae. I sit down near a window at a table with 4 seats, I place my bag next to me as I pull out my laptop. A couple mins in I see Dae walking towards me.
"Hey" he says sitting down - Dae
"Hi.." - Jackielyn
I noticed he didn't have his laptop in his backpack because usually his backpack would look tall and packed but it didn't today. It was sloppy and semi empty. He looks at me as I start typing a few things for our project to get started.
"Sorry umm, I actually forgot my laptop. Is it okay if we just use yours?" searching his bag he says - Dae
"Yah it's alright, just next time please come prepared." - Jackielyn
"So what have you started?" - Dae
"I gave just started editing our slides to a theme, I still can't figure out what we are doing though. What did our professor say we are suppose to present?" editing the slides I say - Jackielyn
"That's cool. So I think professor mentioned that we are suppose to present something that represents "concentration". - Dae
Pausing while editing, my mind was just as confused to what the hell are we suppose to come up with a presentation demonstrating "concentration". Putting my hands down and looking at Dae.
"Do you have any idea of what we present?" - Jackielyn
"I was thinking of strategies that could make us concentrate like yoga or....." he explains - Dae
"You really think strategies will give us an A+!" Raising my voice I say - Jackielyn
He looks at me confused thinking I've gone insane with this project.
"It's just a project and plus it was just an idea." Wide eyes he said - Dae
"Did you ever think I got concentration being with you, I just got lost Dae fucked up in the head. Not understanding or having a clue to what we were or what you wanted from me." - Jackielyn
I didn't realize what I said as I was talking but once I finished I realized. Word vomit, the most dreadful thing to express than being drunk and expressing how you feel. At least you could cover up your truth with the alcohol but in this case I couldn't.
Dae looks at me like he was in sudden shock, figuring out how did this project turned to us. He didn't seem to know how to respond back, as he clears his throat.
"I really don't know how to talk to you right now, I though we were working on our project but clearly something else is on your mind. We could reschedule this another time." Standing up he says - Dae
Looking at him with pain in my eyes. I didn't expect for him to say such words to me. Did he really move on that quick? Was he just saying that cuz we were at a library? I was speechless so all I said was....
"Okay......" with a soft cracked voice I say - Jackielyn
It made me feel more shameful then proud for speaking my mind but it wasn't right for me to come at him like that.
