(We chilled at Family Video for a while.)
M: can we go back to your house and play D&D?
(Mike said to Dustin. I wanted to still walk around Hawkins.)
D: Come on Y/n let's go.
Y: Actually Is it ok if I stay here.
(They looked confused.)
Y: I was going to go explore Hawkins so more.
D: Alone? Are you serious? How are you going to get back home?
(I shrugged.)
Y: Steve when do you get done with work.
S: 5, why
Y: could you give me a ride if I come back?
S: I mean sure.
Y: Problem solved.
D: Are you even listening? you're still going to go by yourself?
Y: relax. I'll find my way.
E: I don't buy that.
(Like he had a say on anything. They tried to argue with me. I just tuned them out.)
Y: don't worry about me. I'll be safe.
(I started walking out the door.)
S: your ride leaves at 5:05 young lady.
Y: Ok sir.
(Dustin did not look happy. He watched me start my journey. I could feel him stare in the back of my head.)
Y: I'll let you teach me how to play when I get back. Deal?
(He hesitated. Eddie whispers saying 'we might need her. If we need a back up.')
D: Deal. 5:30 we practice.
Y:Ok.
(I started walking along the road looking at everything like it's my first time. I some how ended up in the woods. Shocking. I checked my watch 3:45. I got plenty of time. It was peaceful.)
E: boo!
(I jumped back a few steps.)
Y: Jesus Eddie. Shouldn't you be with the boys.
E: Yeah. But I'm waiting on someone. I have a 4:00 appointment.
Y:Oh? For what?
(He didn't answer me. It just smirked at me. I decided to sit and wait with him before I had to walk back.)
E: so.. did you enjoy your little adventure?
Y: I guess. Everything is so different. I had to process it all.
(We sat in silent for a minute.)
E: you do realize we have hung out like this before?
(What.)
Y: We did?
(He acted offended by hitting his heart and falling to the ground.)
E: Middle school? I was 2 years ahead of you. Talent show.
Y: omg you look so different. Your hair isn't..
E: buzzed? Yeah also got these sweet tats.
(He lifts his shirt down to show off his tattoos. Damn. They were cool.)
Y: No way in hell those are real.
(He showed me his arm and I felt the one on his arm. Then slapped it.)
E: OW.
Y: That's bad for you.
(3:52)
Y: but I bet everyone finds them attractive at Hawkins.
(He shakes his head)
E: I kinda have a reputation there..
Y: Good or bad?
(He didn't answer.)
E: you'll find out.
(A girl started to approach us. She's really pretty. Must be his girlfriend.)
E: there's my client. I'll see you at 5:30 y/n.
(I didn't let curiosity get the best. I just started walking back to where I was.)

( I made it back to Family Video. My legs were killing me.)
S:Hey kiddo, didn't expect to see you so soon.
Y: I decided to head back early before I got lost. Is there anywhere I can sit by chance?
S: You can sit in my car and wait.
(4:58)
(I smiled and sat in the back seat. He was probably bringing home Robin too.)
S: what are you doing in the back?
(He laughed.)
Y: I didn't know if you had company.
Steve 'the hair' Harrington.
S: not today.
Y: oh well I enjoy the back. It's comfy.
S: so where am I taking ya?
Y: Dustin's House.
( I feel asleep in his car. Even though it's a 15 minute drive.)
S: Up! Up! Up! Sleepy head.
(I got up. I sat there for a second trying to be fully a wake.)
Y: Thanks for the ride Harrington.
(I said running inside. Since i was 2 minutes late.)
L: finally showed up y/l/n.
(I rolled my eyes as I sat down in a chair next to Eddie. I wasn't even in the mood to play D&D. I was earlier. I'm not even paying attention.)
E: Did you get that y/n?
Y: I'm sorry. Can you repeat that?
E: before you can play you'll have to read this book.
(I stare at him like lost his mind. But I didn't say anything. I just opened the book and started skimming it while he's explaining the rules. About 30 minutes have passed and I felt pain in my head. Clock chimes. I look up from the book to say something. No one was there. No Lucas, Mike, Dustin or even Eddie.)
Y: Hello? Anyone?
