Clint's POV
Thwip! I hit the bulls-eye on the target across from me and I set my equipment back in their respective places and head back inside. I go inside to see Kate, Yelena, Laura and the kids in the living room.

"Hey, family!" Laura and the kids wave at me and I smile.

"Hey, Belova!" Yelena nods at me, and I nod back.

"Hey, Kate!" I greet her with a smile. She looks at me, but says nothing.

      Okay, I deserve that

Okay, I deserve that. We deserve that. Allow me to tell the story.

"Morning, everyone!" I call out, coming out of the garage. "Morning, Clint." Kate says, taking a bite of a granola bar. The others greet me in murmurs I can hear. "Okay, Kate. Another day at training today. You ready?"

       "Ready as I'll ever be."

       "Great. You ready now?"

"Mhm. I'm here." She says, taking the last bite of the granola and standing up to follow me. "So how'd you sleep?"

"Not too bad, I guess. Kept waking up." I tell her.

      "Oh, really? Why?"

"A few things have been on mind lately." I says not really wanting to expose too much of what's stressing me out. "I know ho you are with suppression of feelings so I'll just leave you be. But I you need someone to talk to, ol' timer. I'm here." Kate says, taking out her bow and arrow.

"Thanks, kid." I thank her and I prepare the targets for Kate's arrows. "Okay, you ready?" She nods, holding up her bow and arrow, ready to aim and shoot.

"Okay, now focus." I tell Kate as she aims for the target that's a bit too far everyone's taste. One, Kate's arrows are the ones I made before so... dangerous. And two, it's good training for her from a distance.

"Okay." She says, aiming at the target.
