Kate's POV
"Haha, stop it! Okay, I give up!"I hear (Y/N) say under my body as I tickle her around her ticklish spots. We'd gotten into a debate over who'd gotten the upper hand in the latest World Cup. I'd thought Germany'd be the one to win before, and (Y/N) had placed her bet on Argentina.
"Give up what?" I tickler her a bit more trying to get the whole context out of her. "Not gonna say it, Kate." She smirks, looking up at me.
"Oh, really?"
I continue to tickle her, causing her to laugh harder. Suddenly, without realizing I'd gotten too close, I accidentally graze her wound.
"Ow." She quietly hisses, holding her stomach. I quickly rush off her to see if I'd hit her wound that bad. "Oh gosh! Are you okay? I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to." I stutter. Out of all the things I'd wanted to do, the last thing was to hurt her.
"It's okay. You're fine, Katie."
She gives me a reassuring smile as she let go of her wound. "But I think I might need the painkillers right about now." I go to the drawer where we'd kept the painkillers and take one tablet out.
(Y/N) takes it from my hand and takes it in, downing it with some water. "Thanks." She breathes after a large gulp of water, laying back on the couch.
I watched as she laid herself back on the couch, trying to get a little comfortable. All the while, I can't help but feel guilty. "Hey. Don't worry, Katie. I'm fine, see?" She points to her wound, then her smile. "Still doesn't change the fact that I hurt you." I say, staring at the floor.
"Kate. C'mere."
She carefully stands up to come to the edge of the bed where I was. She holds me close. I give in to her touch and I lean on her shoulder. "I'm okay. Honestly. It'll take a while to heal, no? We just have to be a little careful."
I look up to her and nod. She's right.
"I'll just have to be extra - extra careful now."
She smiles, giving me a kiss on my head, rubbing my arm up and down. "Now that that's out of the way... where'd you feel like going for dinner?"
My mind almost forgets that I'd just hurt (Y/N) and I bulge up out of her hold. "I was thinking maybe a movie, pizza and a walk after." I suggest. Seemed simple and casual, which was the entire basis of our relationship.
"Sounds good to me."

(Y/N)'s POV
I wake up with a slight throb in my stomach. I hold my stomach slightly knowing that it was my wound acting up again. Maybe I slept on it wrong.I look around the dark for the pills, careful not to wake up Kate. She'd been sleeping so peacefully, I'd hate to ruin it for her. Or for me. Why for me, you ask? Allow me to answer the question.
This was a time we'd been together the first time and she'd been over at my place one night. We'd slept quite late after getting... a little saucy, to say the least.
I woke up the next morning looking for a shirt as I'd gotten a little cold. I found a shirt and as I looked to my right, I noticed that the chill I'd felt was caused by the window that was slightly ajar. I went over to close it and as I did, I accidentally knocked over a lamp that'd been right next to Kate.
