"Please don't leave..." (Little Nightmares/Mono x Seven/School AU)

~Hunger~

Mono, Seven and Dio walked through the bushes and came to a small cottage style house. Mono opened the door and walked into the main room with Seven following after him. Mono put Dio down on the floor and sat next to him. Seven sat next to Mono and Dio jumped into his lap.
"I don't usually have people here, so he's excited to meet someone new. Mono said.
"You're such a sweet little thing." Seven smiled and started petting Dio.
Suddenly, Mono's stomach growled really loudly. Dio jumped up and started chittering at Mono and pointing at his stomach.
"Of course I ate..." Mono muttered. Dio grumbled and walked out the area they were sat in and under a small counter a little bit away from them. He came back with a little piece of bread and threw it at Mono. "I've already eaten, I'm not hungry." Then Mono's stomach growled again and he held it in pain. Seven shifted over to Mono and pushed some hair out of his face.
"You really should be eating, Mono." Seven said, and Dio nodded in agreement.
"...I'm not hungry..." Seven wrapped his arms around Mono's shoulders and rested his face into his neck, making Mono blush.
"Eat, please." Mono sighed. He picked up the bread Dio threw at him and slowly ate it while Seven stayed hugging him the whole time.

"I'm done... you can... let go if you want." Mono didn't want to sound rude, he loved feeling Seven's warmth, it made him feel so comfortable and safe.
"Nooo, you're cozy." Seven said as he nuzzled his face into Mono's neck even more. Mono pulled Seven into his lap and started playing with his hair. Dio squeezed in between the boys, breaking up their hug.
"Oh, you want attention, do you?" Mono said as he pulled Dio into a tight hug and kissed his head. Seven giggled at them again. He couldn't get over just how adorable Mono was.
After a few minutes of more chatting Seven stood up.
"I should probably head home before my parents send a search party for me." he said.
"Wait a sec!" Mono quickly stood up. Seven turned around and looked at him confused. "C-can I have another h-hug before you go?" Mono asked nervously. Seven smiled and ran over to hug Mono. He wrapped his arms around Mono's waist and snuggled his face into his neck, since it's the highest he could comfortably reach. Mono was a bit taller than Seven, although he had a smaller build. They held the hug for a few minutes before pulling away.
"I'll see you later Mono." Seven waved.
"Bye Seven..." Mono was sad to see Seven leave, he really enjoyed being around him. After watching him exit, Mono went to sit back down with Dio. Dio climbed into Mono's lap, and reached his arms out for a hug. "Come here then." Mono pulled Dio closer to him and into a hug. Dio started chittering at him. "Even you can tell I like him, huh?" Dio nodded. Mono laughed. "Am I that obvious?" Dio nodded again. Mono smiled at him then yawned.
Mono lay down and curled up on the floor and Dio lay next to him, snuggled up to his stomach.

Idk why this took me 4 attempts to write. I'd start it then just... delete it cuz it didn't seem right
But I've got it out anyway and I don't think it's too bad
