Steve pushes open the door, the doorbell chiming in response as he walks through. "Hey, Steve" Robin says nonchalantly, glancing at him before continuing to flip through whatever comic book she was reading. She stood at the counter, elbows propped up, mesmerized by the contents of it. Steve rolls his eyes before punching in, throwing the Family Video vest over his striped t-shirt. "Good morning to you too, I guess" he shoots back, walking over to the stack of VHS tapes that needed putting away and grabbing them, balancing them precariously in his arms.
"Hush now, I'm getting to the good part" Robin says as Steve tries to speak again, but Robins holds a finger to her lips as she obnoxiously chews on her gum. Steve snickers, and begins to stock the shelves, placing each VHS tape in alphabetical order. "You're such a nerd" Steve says, and Robin grins.

"Wanna hang out after our shift?" Robin asks cheerfully and Steve smiles at her. His smile drops when he realizes that he already had plans. With no other than Eddie Munson. "Well actually, uh, here's the thing -" Robin cuts him off, groaning. "Don't tell me you're blowing me off for another date , Steve" she complains, throwing her hands up in the air, exasperated. Steve blushes, before saying. "I have plans, with Eddie actually," he says quickly, averting Robin's gaze. She stares back at him dumbfounded, blinking in response. "You, Steve Harrington, have plans? With Eddie Munson ?" She repeats slowly and Steve nods, busying himself with work. "I can hang out with other people besides you , Robin" Steve scoffs and Robin shakes her head, hopping on the counter. "Nuh-uh. I just thought you didn't particularly like Eddie. That's all," Robin says slowly, kicking her feet. Steve whips his head around and faces her fully, confused. "And where exactly did I say that?" he scowls, crossing his arms and giving her a look. Robin raises her hands defensively, gaping at Steve's reaction. "I just guessed that Eddie was someone you weren't gonna hang out with, let one be friends with." Steve scoffs at this, raising an eyebrow at Robin. "Someone like Eddie? Jesus, Robin. You know I've changed, right? I'm no longer that jock asshole and you know it. Plus, me and Eddie are ....friends" He huffs, giving her a glare. Friends . He gets that he's acting defensive over Eddie, but he doesn't care. He's changed as a person, hell, he's a changed man . Robin breaks out into a soft smile, hopping off the counter. "You're right Steve. I'm sorry , I overstepped. I just..." she trails off, licking her lips in thought, before decidedly speaking again. "Eddie's been through a lot with friends in the past, and I've kind of grown protective over him," She says truthfully, honesty present in her eyes. Steve cocks his head. Since when had Eddie and Robin gotten so close? He doesn't question this but simply nods, swallowing thickly. "Good" Robin states, walking behind the counter and grabbing a cardboard box filled to the brim with VHS tapes. "Now let's get to business putting these away" She grins and Steve groans. As he begins to put away the tapes, he can't help but wonder what exactly Robin meant by that.

Eddie answers the door in nothing but a pair of black sweatpants; the fabric has worn out around his hips as they dipped low, showing off his happy trail. Steve gulps, eyes trailing down and then back up, red creeping up the back of his neck. Eddie smirks, pulling Steve into the trailer and locking the door behind them in one swift movement. "I missed you," Eddie whispers, swooping in and giving Steve a feather-light kiss on the cheek. Steve flushes at this, but makes his way to the couch, flopping down on it.
Eddie sits down and Steve wraps an arm around his waist, pulling him snugly against his body. Eddie tenses before melting into his touch, spreading his thighs apart and knocking them into Steve's. Eddie's heart thuds in his chest as he tentatively leans forward, half expecting Steve to pull back and shove him away, shouting vaguely homophobic slurs. But that never comes, when Steve's lips surge forward and connect with his own, eyes fluttering shut.
