After decades of construction & planning (along with secrets known only to Tyr & his circle), the temple was finally completed, built from the hands of all the civilized races of the nine realms & their collective knowledge. It stands tall & proud within the lake caldera along with the 9 realm towers that it connects when finally used.
The scene then moves to a near by shore & next to it a builders village/outpost when the temple was being built, where in Tyr held a celebration for the completion of the temple & the accomplishment from its builders & collaborators & also serve as a way to further solidify peace via celebration to mend ties & form them via his great diplomatic capabilities.
The village/outpost was filled with all manner of food, drink & other delicacies from many realms & cultures that were involved in the temple's construction, cheers & revelries along with stories were being shared among the various people present & at highest point in the village/outpost is a grand long table where Tyr & all the representative of each race was placed on.
Tyr: Attention, attention everyone (the crowds become silent & listen to Tyr' speech). I would like to thank everyone in this place for not only their cooperation in the building the temple but also the unity that each & every one of you has shown & it proves to me, to ALL of us that when we work together we can make great acts & the result speaks for its self when finally reached, so enjoy the fruits of our labor, enjoy the festivities & most of all enjoy the unity that we have achieved, (raises a tankard & says).
TO THE FUTURE!!!!
The crowd then cheers & starts to chant Tyr's name before returning to the celebration with renewed vigor.
One of the representatives speak to Tyr, particularly a high ranking jotunn who represents the giants

Jotunn Representative: A fine speech old friend, & hopefully the unity you speak of would remain for time immemorial.

Dwarven Representative: Ha!!, given good old Tyr's strengths, I would surprised that it DOESN'T last for long time, given the strength of his words & deeds of his caliber.
