V was inside, sitting on the floor with a bag. "You're home!" he pounced to his feet and hugged her, spinning and swinging her. O laughed as he set her back down. "So how did it go?"

"It went really well," she said, completely forgetting about her weird interaction with Neisera. "I kicked JungKook's ass." She grinned.

"That's my girl," he said laughing, offering her a high-five. "And the wakora, what did it say?"

"Sadly that it can't help me but the pixies could, by putting a dampener on my power basically. It called the procedure a stitch."

"I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't like the sound of that. I think we keep that idea in the for emergency use only pile." O was relieved to hear him say that, and nodded.

"So how was your day, what are you doing? ...Oh and before I forget, JK said he'll meet you guys at the gate." She watched as Bam curled up half under the table.

"Oh cool... Um I guess my day was good, mostly preparing with the guys, stocking up on supplies. Now I'm just packing those supplies, but I feel like I need to travel as light as possible. We just don't know how long we'll be out there for." It must've been written on her face because he said... "I'm sure it won't be longer than a few days." Not that that made O feel any better.

He crammed the rest of his stuff into the bag quickly and dropped it onto a chair. "I found this, ha! What a cool little device." He hit the play button and Guns N' Roses "Knockin' on Heaven's door" played off her iPhone.

"You surprise me V." She grinned, shaking her head as he stepped forward once more to dance with her around the kitchen. He sang, his voice was light and beautiful, able to hit all the notes. It was clear that he had spent some of the day running though her playlists. How he had figured out how to use the iPhone she wasn't sure; but she enjoyed sharing this part of her life with him so much. The best piece of her world, the music, making its way into this life. Her life with him.

The song changed, 'Stand by Me' by Ben E. King, to which V snapped his fingers and side stepped singing to her. How he had memorized all the words so quickly she didn't know. Somehow he had found all the classics, and in a way that suited him perfectly. Him in his white slightly unbuttoned shirt, long sleeves rolled up to the elbows, and dark grey pants. His face was so expressive and he sang eyes partially closed. She pulled him into a kiss then, and being in his arms felt like home.

He grasped onto her fingers with his, linking them, palms pressed together. They swayed now to 'Fly Me To The Moon' by Frank Sinatra; enjoying the feel of their bodies pressed together more than actually dancing. He spun her around wrapping his arms around her; so her back pressed into him. V rested his chin on her head, closing his eyes, swaying them side to side.

They lost track of time dancing around the kitchen; he was by far the more talented of the two. The sun was setting when they finally stopped, O began making a stir-fry as he watched his head in his hands. Allowing his eyes to drink her in. Hair messily tied on top of her head.

He ate a few bites from her bowl, then went to change. When he came back out of the bedroom, he was dressed exactly the same way he had been the first time she had ever seen him.

It was like her whole soul fell out of her body, her heart stopping, breath catching all over again. He was the most beautiful man she had ever seen in her whole life. Hair in his eyes, smiling big, every tooth involved in the process. His eyes were practically glowing as he stared into hers. It was a mirror image of the first time she'd seen him. O really wasn't sure she'd ever become used to just how beautiful he was. Then when you factored in who he was as person into that equation, he was just unlike anyone else; and he was hers, as much as she was his.

"You really are the most beautiful man I have ever known in my entire life."

"Let's keep it that way," If it were possible for him to smile any bigger he did. Then there was a knock on the back-door. They both looked at it only feet away; a sad heavy rock-like feeling in her stomach.

"I don't want to say goodbye" she whispered into his chest, holding onto him tight. The roughness of his armour pricking at her skin, by design clearly.

"Then don't, it's only see you later after all." He kissed the top of her head, then her forehead, both her cheeks, and then her nose, finally ending up on her lips. His rough fingers tilting her chin ever so slightly up. "I'll be back before you know it." He had said that yesterday as well. She really hoped it was true this time as well. She kissed him back hard.

Unwillingly he broke apart from her, still holding her hand he opened the back-door. Everyone was waiting for him, minus JK. They all greeted her, and she felt the love. "Please be safe guys, bring him back to me in one piece." She said the last part looking specifically at RM.

"I'll do my best." He said, solemnly nodding.

JiMin and Hobi came and gave her a hug.

They were all disappearing into the forest now, Tae turned back to her, and blew her a kiss, then waving, only to disappear a second later.

She tried not to feel sad, as Coa came out of the forest. "I guess they're off." He thought to her.

"Yep." She said out loud, "What were you doing all day, anyway?"

"Honestly, just sick of humans, needed some forest time. I did plan to come back as they left. So that worked out well."

O went over and pulled a bramble from his fur, "it is good to see you." Bam had come out the house now, and walked bravely over to Coa sniffing around him. Then gave a little howl and wagged his tale. Funny how he really wasn't a big talker. He was happy to just be who he was as a dog without the extra human communication. They all lay in the grass for a while enjoying each other's company in silence. Only when the mosquitos started biting did O head back inside with Bam. Obviously Coa was unfazed by them with his thick fur.

Bam followed her like a shadow, it was the most endearing thing. She put a bowl or water down for him and patted his head as she went to shower. He circled and curled on the bathroom mat waiting for her.

The water was hot and she tried to let it wash away her worries. O turned to face away from the water, on the ledge with the other soaps was a small bottle with a red ribbon around the top. The liquid was a lilac purple, V had obviously gotten it to surprise her. Smiling for the first time since he had left, she opened the small bottle and poured some of its liquid into her hand, lathering it. He was too thoughtful sometimes and she adored him for it, right now she couldn't help but be worried for him.
