𝗚𝗼𝗲𝗻𝗸𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮

Riya was tossing and turning in the couch. She couldn't sleep for a single minute. Moreover, she had again seen Arjun getting nightmares. She had somehow managed to calm him without getting scolded as he was under the influence of medicines.

The next morning, everyone sat together for the breakfast. Riya had still not informed the Goenkas about the Singhanias and Maheshwaris who would be arriving in a few hours.

Riya: Mimi, bade papa, mujhe aap sab ko kuch batana hai.

Everyone looked at Riya confused.

Manish: Haan, beta. Bolo.

She looked at everyone's faces for once they were all looking at her. She looked at Aarohi through the corner of her eyes. She wasn't sure about how Aarohi would take the news. And same went for the rest of the family. But duty calls!

Riya: Bade papa, vo, actually maine aaj sabko ghar pe bulaya hai.

The family looked at her confused but Manish had a hunch.

Manish: Sabko? Kin sabko bulaya hai Krishna?

Riya: Singhanias and Maheshwaris.

The family looked at Riya shocked. No one spoke a word. The last time Naira's family had entered Goenka Villa was on Kartik and Sirat's first marriage anniversary. Things had gone downhill since then. Shiela, Sirat's mother had entered inside the house even after continuous warnings of Sirat. She had showed as if she was a changed person and Kartik decided to give her a chance as even after everything, she was still Sirat's mother. She had cunningly manipulated a situation into her favour where Riya had a knife in her hands while she was standing too close to Aarohi. She had called the police and depicted the situation as if Riya was trying to kill Aarohi whereas in reality Riya was only picking up the knife that had been already dropped near Aarohi.

A quarrel started between the police Sheila and the families. Shiela had played a very smart move where she had clicked pictures of different times where Riya was near Aarohi and it looked like she was trying to kill her. Due to all the evidences, the police had decided to bring Riya to the Juvenile justice board. And because it was Shiela who had filed the F.I.R., only she could decide to take the case back. In between all the tension, the families had started to throw accusations at each other. While Naksh Singhania wanted to take away his sister's kids, the Goenkas had not allowed them. They had straight forwardly declined Naksh and Keerti stating that Riya, Kairav and Akshu belonged to the Goenka family and they had their Guardianship with them. In all this, Kartik could not decide as to if he should send his daughter away or not. He didn't want to lose his daughter and when Naksh had threatened to take away his kids, he couldn't help but get annoyed with him. Sirat on the other hand was trying to poke through every angle so that she could proof Riya's innocence or even just somehow stop the police. The whole fight had brought a huge dent in the relationship of the Goenkas with Singhanias and Maheshwaris. This whole drama had also made Riya to leave her home. She was accused of trying to kill Aarohi and hence wasn't allowed to go near her. That was when Kartik realised he should have sent Riya with the Singhanias but now she had herself denied for anything like that. She had asked Kartik to leave her in a hostel. Sirat didn't want her to leave the house and specially to go to hostel. She and Kartik had then sent her to Kolkata to Naira's friend's place. Tanvi Mukherjee. And that is how Krishna Goenka became Riya Mukherjee.

Riya came out of her thoughts as she heard some sound. She looked at her right. Aarohi who was sitting beside Arjun, had got up from her seat without eating anything and left for her room.
