halloween was jeongin's second most favorite time of year.

his first, was his birthday because all his hyungs and his boyfriend would give him presents, loads of attention, and he got a special feeling in his stomach of excitement.

halloween, on the other hand, had the excitement but x10.

jeongin was allowed to pick his own costume and hyunjin would do his makeup. 

well, there were some rules, but he still loved it.

"babyy!" 

jeongin's ears perked up, hearing the sound of his boyfriends voice in the hallway. he sat up in the bed and looked over at the other side of the bed. 

He hadn't even realised it was empty.

the door opened and hyunjin popped his head into the room and came and sat on the bed.

"hey, sunshine." he whispered, smiling and pressing a kiss onto jeongin's head before walking up to their shared wardrobe.

"hyunnie, what chu doing?" jeongin asked, genuinely confused. he thought he was going to get cuddles and then carried down for breakfast.

hyunjin swarmed his arms deeper into the mass of clothing and finally pulled something out, not turning around to show jeongin.

"close your eyes, and then i'll tell you."

"oki!"

he squeezed his eyes shut, small giggles coming from his lips.

hyunjin sat on the bed and placed a box in front of his boyfriend. "open them, babyboy."

jeongin looked at hyunjin and then looked down. "what is it?" he asked, his head falling to the side.

aww, he's so cute, hyunjin thought, his insides melting.

the older squished the younger's cheek. "well, because you've been so good recently, i wanted to treat you to something. it will suit well with today." he announced.

"daddy got innie a hawwoween present?" jeongin squealed, smiling so hard he looked like he was going to pop.

hyunjin laughed and nodded. "now open it." he urged, dying to see his baby's reaction.

jeongin grasped the blue box gently and prised off the top. his eyes widened and sparkled at the sight of what was inside.

"wow, its so pretty daddy!" he gasped, lifting it into the air and staring up at it.

it was a light green miniskirt with a matching croptop bedazzled with the word 'joker.'

hyunjin watched him lovingly as jeongin ran his fingers over the jewels, in awe of his new outfit. jeongin had this newfound obsession with the joker so hyunjin thought it was perfect.
