i wanted seungmo to be a little but my adhd and sleep deprivation wrote hyunjin so here ~ im soft for himm ><

hyunjin was in his playroom, a car in each hand, zooming them across the plush carpet. felix was on the other side of the room, completing a food puzzle.

felix slotted in the last piece and smiled. daddy will lub this! 

"jinnie! wan' see my puzzwe?"

hyunjin nodded and skedaddled over to peek at his masterpiece. felix crossed his arms, proud of what he had created.

"wow lixie's so cool! can i try?" hyunjin said, reaching out to grab the box.

felix quickly grabbed his wrist. "no no! lixie show daddy fiwst, oki? den jinnie can try." felix said. hyunjin nodded and walked out of the room, hand in hand with felix.

felix ran over to his caregiver, jisung, who was engrossed in a game on his phone. felix tugged on his trousers, whining softly to get his attention.

jisung looked down and raised an eyebrow. "baby," jisung said, lifting felix onto his knee, "we don't whine, use your words instead okay precious?"

felix nodded too excited to show his caregiver his puzzle.

"daddy, lixie made somefwing, wan' show!" felix squealed, bouncing on his knee.

hyunjin giggled, watching his friend get excited. jisung laughed and kissed felix before putting him down and following the two littles to their room.

hyunjin went into his room leaving the couple to themselves. he expected to see his caregiver when he went in but it was empty.

"minnie?" he yelled, lifting up the duvet to look for his boyfriend.

he wanted to cry. a soft whine grew in his throat, as he checked the closet and the bathroom. "daddy!"

the little slumped on the wall, feeling alone, tears running down his squishy cheeks. he just wanted to feel his dada's arms around him.

hyunjin got up and ran over to the playroom. 

"where's dada? c-can't find him anywhewe!" hyunjin sobbed, bursting through the door.

jisung ran over to the little, scooping him up onto his lap. "seungmin's just gone to a vocal lesson, he'll be back soon." he said, trying to soothe the crying hyunjin.

felix's face creased in worry, he didn't like seeing his bestie like this. "hyunie, minnie be back soon, s'okay! wan' pway?" felix felt bad, he was going to burst into tears too at this rate.

hyunjin shook his head, trembling and crying harder, leaning his head on jisung's chest.

"hey, bubs, its okay." jisung said, hugging hyunjin close and rubbing his back gently. that only made it worse, reminding hyunjin of when his caregiver gave him cuddles last night.

jisung placed hyunjin on the bed and dabbed his face with soft tissues. "you wanna call minnie? would that make you feel better, yeah?"

hyunjin nodded frantically, yearning to hear his dada's voice.

meanwhile in the studio, changbin called to seungmin telling him he had a call from jisung.

was something wrong with hyunjin ...  he wondered.
