Allen maneuvered his car smoothly as he parked at his ex-girlfriend condo. Stacy Bonifacio is a well known model and at the peak of her career. They been in relationship for 10 years, that's why he can't accept the fact na magpapakasal na ito after their break-up. Isang buwan pa lang at may naipalit na ito sa kaniya samantalang siya ay nagdurusa sa sakit na iniwan ng dalaga.
They were a college couple and their relationship was okay until he proposed marriage. Hindi niya maisip kung bakit nagawa nitong tumanggi sa kaniya when after all he always support her in everything. He is there when she need financial, emotional, physical, and spiritual means. He totally can't understand why she say no tapos kung magpakasal lang ito sa iba ay parang wala lamang ang sampung taong relasyon nila. Hindi man lang naniwala sa Stacy sa three month rule at meron na agad itong iba. He feel like he was betrayed and treated badly. Iniisip nga niya kung deserve ba niya ang sakit na ibinigay ng dalaga sa kaniya when in fact he always been a good boyfriend.
He love her so much kaya pinagbigyan niya ito na makipaghiwalay sa kaniya. He give her space to think again his proposal. Kasi baka nabigla lang ang nobya at hindi pa handa pero talagang hindi pala ito handang magpakasal sa kaniya. She want to settle down but not with him. Allen rushed to Stacy's condo building and he was greeted by the guard.
"Magandang araw Sir Allen. Si Mam Stacy po ba ang sadya mo?" Magalang na tanong ng guard. He was one of the employees who ensured security in the building.
"Yes, I badly need to talk to her." Desperadong sagot niya.
"Ganoon po ba. Kaso po kakaalis lang po ni Mam Stacy. Aalis na daw po ito at pupuntang airport. Hinakot na nga po ang mga gamit niya kahapon, magmigrate na daw po siya sa L.A. Sir."
"WHAT! She left! Do you think I can still catch her?" He replied with panic in his voice.
"Ay Opo wala pa pong 5 minutes na nakaalis si Mam. Baka nga po nagkasalisihan kayo ng di mo napapansin sir eh." The guard said.
He tapped him on his shoulder. "Thanks Manong! Una na ako. I need to get her."
Allen ran to the parking lot and drove furiously to the airport. He can't let her woman go. He will get her back no matter what. This problem will resolve in no time. Hindi siya papayag na makasal ang taong mahal niya sa iba. As soon as he arrived at the airport he immediately went to the waiting area where passengers wait for their flight.
The security of the airport tried to stop him but they recognized him. He owned a private plane and a business tycoon that everyone feared. He may be kind but he is ruthless in the business world. Hindi siya pumapayag na may humarang sa daan niya.
He catches his breath as he stops in front of Stacy. His sweat is slowly cascading down to his forehead and neck. Instead of being excited to see him Stacy looked like she saw a ghost. She never expected her ex-boyfriend to be in front of her after their break up.
"What are you doing here Allen?" Stacy asked in horror. Allen chuckled to her reaction. She looks cute with those faces but bitterness is in his heart.
"I am the one who should have asked you that. What are you doing here? Why will you leave huh? Bakit napalitan mo na ako agad? Those ten years that we share, those memories we spend together. Wala na lang ba talaga yon sayo? I love you Stacy, so much that I gave you everything. But why will you leave me? Why would you marry someone and leave me so broken." He asked with so much pain in his face and voice. He felt like he would cry anytime. His head is in turmoil. He doesn't know kung saan siya nagkulang.
"I'm sorry Allen is just that you're so too good to be true. You have nothing to prove to me because you're always at your best. It's just that I'm always at my worst and being with you makes me feel insecure. I don't deserve you Allen. I am always fu**ed up in my career and in my family. Don't asked yourself kung bakit hindi kita pinili, kung bakit kita iiwan. You deserve a love that will last forever at hindi ko maibibigay sayo yon." She said crying and it hurt him seeing her like that. Her words hurt him so d*mn much.
"So you're telling me that you don't love me anymore." He said and bitterness spread to him.
"Yes. She doesn't love you anymore." A man behind him said. His whole face turns red in anger and he wants to punch him right now.
"Adrian, love!" Stacy said she panicked when the man approached her and sneaked his arm to Stacy's waist that he used to hold.
"Ipinalit mo ako sa katrabaho mo Stacy. How could you?" He said, and anger is in his system right now. He never feel stupid but now he feel like he was the the most idiot person in the world.
"I-im so sorry Allen! I am two months pregnant and he is the father. I can't let you take responsibility for the mistake that I did. I love Adrian because he is the reason why I am on the top of the game now. B-being with him makes me successful in my career now. As long as I am with him I will never be just your poor girlfriend, who tried to fit in your elite world. I am Stacy Bonifacio, the most famous model and will marry Adrian Sulangan, a famous actor and luxury brand C.E.O." She said with pride in her voice.
Allen felt like a truck bumped his heart. Kaya pala ayaw siya pakasalan kasi nabuntis na ng iba habang may relasyon pa sila. It was so painful to hear that her girlfriend became so insecure, that she will choose to marry a man who will prosper her career. He tried his best to make her feel that she belonged to him. That she is already enough to be loved by him, that she is part of his world. Yet she chose to hurt him and cheat.
"Do you hear her Mr. whoever you are. My woman don't want you anymore so moved on. She will be my wife soon." Mayabang na sabi ni Adrian kay Allen. Okay lang sana kung kasing edad niya ang ipinalit sa kaniya ni Stacy. But this man in front of him is a freaking 60 plus years old.
Allen sighs heavily. "Stacy, I know that you want to be at the top of your career. Sana sinabi mo nalang sa akin para natulungan kita. I can give you everything you want. Fu**ing everything!" May hinanakit na sabi niya sa dating nobya.
"But I want something that I work for." Giit nito sa kaniya.
"Hahahahaha" Hindi mapigilan ni Allen ang matawa sa sagot nito. "Yeah! You chose hard work and be fu**ed by this old man. Now look at you, forget every dignity that you have and cheat on me! Nakakatawa ka! You will marry someone that can pass as your father." A hard punch hit his face and made him lay on the ground. The punch makes his lip have a cut and bleed but he doesn't care anymore.
Tumayo si Allen at pinunasan ang dumudugong labi. "I wished na tama ang desisyon mo Stacy sa huli. I wished you all the happiness and your future family." He smiled bitterly and left her crying with that old man who was angry at his rebuttal.
