This may come off as "dumb straight born female so please don't hate me for this. I actually really tried.

"Babe?" Ohio's voice echoed through the house. Sounded like he was coming up from the garage.

You was sitting on the couch feeling rather down, like you wasn't yourself.

Everything was too feminine for you on the shopping network that you was scrolling through on your phone.

Too feminine.

Too pink.

Too everything.

You wore one of Ohio's goodies trying to hide your breasts and dressed more masculine to feel better. You also had your hair clipped short to feel more like your true identity.

That still didn't mean you was invincible. Everyone has their bad days. This was one of them.

Ohio walked into the living room. He already knew seeing how your body tensed.

It had been this way for a few weeks now. Socially withdrawn, no self esteem.

He's noticed it and tried to help in his lovable chaotic way.

He poked your arm trying to get your attention. "Babe what's wrong?"

"Nothing..." you replied.

He shot you a look of "Yeah right." He got down on his knees in-front of you. His forehead on yours. "I'm not leaving until you tell me, also..."

He showed you your favorite drink and food from your favorite restaurant. "...I got your favorite food and your favorite drink."

"I just don't feel like myself," you said. "Like I was born in the wrong body."

Ohio cupped your cheek. "Is this what's been bothering you?"

You nodded, tears starting to form.

Ohio sat on the couch, his arms wrapped around you. "I'm here, I'm not going anywhere."

You crawled into his lap, shaking from the uneasiness.

Ohio simply pulled you tighter, letting you straddle his waist as he rubbed your back. "Want me to do anything?" He asked. "Movie? Bubble bath anything?"

"How's a bubble bath gonna help?" You asked.

"It'll relax you," Ohio replied.

"No I'm good, I want you."

"Okay."

Ohio kissed your forehead. "I'm gonna be here, what ever you want to do love."

"You're not gonna leave?"

"No, you're my partner and I love you," Ohio replied.

You started to eat what he had gotten you, his heart beat calming you. "I just thought you would leave, a lot of people has."

"And their gonna catch these hands eventually, remember these hands is rated E for everyone, especially that damn state up north."

You giggled. "You would fight Michigan for free."

"And I got you to laugh didn't I?" Ohio chuckled. "I'm serious love, I love you."

"I love you too."

Ohio then chuckled and kissed you on the lips. "I'll be here every step of the way no matter what you decided but you're perfect to me."
