"What's wrong?"

Edward opened then closed his mouth before he let out a sigh "If I tell you this... you can't get angry, or lash out at Liam"

Louis frowned "You know I never would."

"What made you suddenly want to go out for a walk?"

Zayn looked at Liam; who was walking slightly behind him "Honestly?"

"Yes please"

Zayn stopped walking and sighed "I wanted to piss Apollo- and Demeter off... I don't like being told what to do by someone who doesn't know me, and I just don't like Demeter, we have bad history"

When Liam didn't say anything, Zayn turned back and saw Liam slightly frowning and further away

"So... the only reason you asked me to go out for a walk is not because you genuinely want to; but because you want to play this game against Apollo and Demeter where you are stronger than their words are?"

With that, Zayn cringed but didn't say anything, because it was disgustingly true...

He looked at Liam again who was slowly nodding but the light that seemed to usually shine around him dimmed

Why did it dim?

Liam looked at him again and smiled "We should head back... it's getting late"

Zayn frowned "Liam, I-"

Liam turned around and waved him off "I'll see you around" he said as he walked away

And Zayn didn't bother trying to stop him, because he knew he fucked up

Liam was about to walk into his room when his name was called, he turned around and smiled seeing Louis

"Well, if it isn't the busy groom"

Louis rolled his eyes, but smiled when Liam hugged him "Groom to be, yes. Too busy to listen to your schemes and plans? Never."

Liam laughed and pulled away "I'm going to assume Ed told you?"

Louis tilted his head to the side "I'm surprised you didn't"

Liam rolled his eyes and opened his bedroom door, they both walked in "Oh come on, you know mum warned me not to disturb you"

Louis rolled his eyes "And since when did you ever listen to Demeter?"

Liam leaned against his dresser "Since there's a concert coming up and I need to MOSTLY stay on her good side to be able to go to it"

Louis shook his head and cleared his throat "Talking about Demeter... Does Zayn know?"

Liam's smile fell "No... and I don't think it matters" he mumbled

Louis frowned "Why? What happened?"

Liam sighed "I don't want to be someone people just tug at to show their power, Lou. I've been pushed around by nearly everyone apart from you, Niall and Ed, I don't want to add another person to that mix"

Louis forced a smile "Little Liam... Zayn is not like that"

Liam smiled back "But it really doesn't matter, I doubt Zayn and I will ever actually meet up because he wants to"

Hermes, Hestia and Dionysus were all talking when Zayn cleared his throat; they all turned to him

"How... do I apologize to someone, for telling them the truth?"

They all quickly shared looks then looked at Zayn "Who?"

Zayn let out a breath "Liam"

All their eyes widened and their jaws dropped "Liam?!" They all whisper shouted

Zayn frowned but nodded "Yeah, he asked me a question and I believe I hurt him... I want to apologize because I didn't mean to"

They all blinked then Hestia smiled "I'll let you 3 discuss your boyish stuff." She said then stood up and walked out

Zayn frowned then looked at the other two "So...?"

Hermes leaned ahead "I'll tell you what I know about Liam"

Liam was walking with Apollo when Hestia grabbed him "A minute, thank you" she said then walked away with him

She dragged him towards a tree then stood opposite to him and let out a breath "Stupid... this is stupid!!"

Liam frowned "Excuse me..."

She crossed her arms "Will you ever tell Zayn the truth?"

Liam tensed then slowly shook his head "It doesn't matter... He'd never willingly spend time with me, and-"

"Oh stop your pity party. He believes he hurt you and he's planning something to apologize"

Liam wrapped his arms around himself "He is?"

"Yeah..." she mumbled then looked at him "Are you doing this for Demeter?"

Liam frantically shook his head "Gods, no. I barely talk to her and I doubt she'd ever want me to be near him"

Hestia took a breath "Promise me you'll tell him?" Liam stayed quiet and she gave him a look "You don't plan on telling him?"

Liam shook his head "He's going to the underworld, I'm probably going to-" he cringed "Marry Apollo... I'm never going to see Zayn again after the wedding"

"Still. He deserves to know"

"Why didn't you tell him?"

Hestia got quiet and frowned "I don't... know"

Liam smiled "Because I really doubt it will matter"

Hestia sighed "Liam; if it did end up mattering, promise me you'll tell him"

Liam nodded with his hands behind his back "I promise I will tell Zayn the truth if it ever mattered"
